There are two Pizza Express in MK, this one is better. Even better than the one in London Bridge. We ordered Margarita pizza,dough balls and wings. They are both excellent! Pizza is mouth watering and wings are in perfect tenderness. Staff is friendly and nice. I sure will come to visit again. All foods are yummy so I forgot to take a picture before we eat. ?

We had great food at MK Xscape Pizza Express. But experienced rushed/stressed staff, flooded toilets and after 1hr25mins my son had still not had a dessert. Expressing my disappointment resulted in us being asked to leave ?????We arrived before 2 for a late lunch and was not informed about wait times before we were seated. At half 2 we had our starters. I could see other tables complaining, and people were being told they couldn?t come in to eat as they were backed up. One customer pointed out there were over 20 empty tables.We had our mains by 3. Food was great. At around 20 past 3 I took my son to the toilet and informed an employee cleaning tables around us we?d be back asap. Both toilets were flooded. Blocked sinks. Water EVERYWHERE?When we returned the table had been cleared and cleaned, my sons drink bottle and jumper missing. I asked a flustered employee where our belongings were. They went to get them. The woman we told about the loo visit then came over and asked what the issue was. I informed her about our missing belongings, the flooded toilets and how we?d been there 90+ mims and it was ?taking the Michael?. She asked me not to be rude. I told her ?taking the Michael isn?t rude, it?s the politer way of saying that?? that garnered laughter from other tables. She then asked me and my 7 year old to leave. I asked ?what??.. she said ?you can leave?. I called her a clown and left? we thankfully got my sons jumper and drinks bottle back? i called her a clown as we left. The clown was a bulldog of a Spanish woman, dark mid length hair, short, hands on hips really not enjoying her day?We?ve been to some GREAT Pizza Expresses in the past. This one was the WORST. Avoid. I will be passing this on to their head office as we?ve never been treated like that in any restaurant.

Wouldn?t know if the food is any good. The restaurant looked about a quarter full to me, but was told they can?t do walk-ins, no explanation given.

The food was a decent price and filling. Nice for a quick and affordable dinner.We went on a weekday in the evening and the place was quite empty but still had a few tables occupied. First impressions were not the best as the manager who greeted us at the door wasn?t very friendly, didn?t even get a Hi until we initiated that we would like a table, basically having a mini stare off! Our waiter wasn?t much better, no smiles and she was not very friendly at all. I agree with another comment that the atmosphere was tense it made us feel very uncomfortable. Shame as I probably would?ve returned but overall didn?t feel very welcome. Maybe it was a bad day but definitely dampened our experience.

It was a lovely birthday meal to celebrate. Staff where friendly service was fast. The rewards are amazing to use.Parking: I believe parking is free after 6pm.

I recently visited Pizza Express at Xscape and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided by Celine. From the moment we entered, Celine greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile, instantly making us feel at home. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she offered great recommendations that suited our tastes perfectly.What truly set Celine apart was her attention to detail and her genuine care for our dining experience. She checked on us regularly to ensure we were enjoying our meal and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Her friendly and professional demeanor added a special touch to our evening.The delicious food combined with Celine's outstanding service made our visit to Pizza Express unforgettable. It's not just the quality of the food that makes a dining experience remarkable, but also the people who serve it with passion and excellence. We was served by Celine and she went the extra mile to inform us about the menu and different options since I'm very picky, she is an asset to the xscape store. This made the xscape restaurant stand out to us a lot and we will be coming here from now on. She made sure everything is perfect with our meal and was very attentive. We was sat at table 34 . Usually the service etc has been good at all the Pizza Express pizzerias we've visited. This one let it down and I don't understand why.We arrived around 7.30pm for a quick meal, and it was quiet then and only became more so the longer we were there.The waiter/waitress service was acceptable but our meal was spoilt by the kitchen. There were three of us dining, two juniors (11 & 9) and the junior food came but I had to wait some time for mine. How hard can it be in a near empty pizzeria can it be to deliver three covers to the table AT THE SAME TIME?Fortunately this isn't our local establishment so we won't be returning to see if the service improves.I hope you have a better experience, than we did, when you visit

I?ve recently been diagnosed with coeliac, so eating out is still a bit nerve wracking for me. Thankfully, I was greeted at the door by a member of staff (didn?t get her name unfortunately!) who explained all of the gluten-free items and what precautions are taken. For the rest of the night, we were then served by Celine, who was super friendly and did her best to settle my nerves. I was given an allergen matrix and an explanation of how they prepare gluten-free orders. It?s hard not to feel like an inconvenience when dining out with dietary requirements, but Celine made me feel like the opposite, and I couldn?t be more grateful for how welcoming and attentive she was. Thank you Celine! Also, food was great (as usual) and loyalty app made the order even cheaper :)

Place was busy. Not enough staff. We had booked a table, but no table was ready. We were eventually shown to a table that was barely wiped down, was still dirty. It had been set for two people, despite the booking was for four people. We had to ask three times for the additional cuttelry, twice after the food was placed on the table. The food didn't arrive for over 90 minutesa and was overcooked and cold. One person's meal didn't arrive. Told it would be 1 minute, but nothing arrived for another 10 minutes, and even then only once we asked about it yet again. We asked for bottled water three times, but never got it. Two of us managed to get a glass of coke. The other two of the party never got their drinks, despite repeated requests. The whole thing was shambolic. Note - we have been to lots of other Pizza Express outlets and they are notoriously variable in terms of quality of food and service; but this was by far-and-away the worst dining experience of all time.
