There were food scraps under the tables, and it was highly unpleasant to endure the senior staff's profane language every time she went to the kitchen.

Food was the usual good standard but the restaurant was freezing. We moved tables as it was so cold, other tables also complained. It was quiet and we felt very rushed to finish our meals. Staff stacking up tables when we were still eating and senior staff comparing their Christmas sales purchases! Not very professional.

We had a relaxing meal there after a busy morning of Xmas shopping. Nice atmosphere and good quality food, though felt it was a bit on the expensive side to be honest.
Special mention to our waitress Amelia, who was very polite and extremely helpful throughout. A credit to the restaurant. Will visit another time, purely based on the food and service we received.

We ordered fir our party of 6 for our Christmas work meal and one member of pur party asked to have a dessert with our starters as she likes to eat just sweet things, we were assured this was no issue. Our starters came and no dessert brought out, we asked if it was coming and were told it wont be long. Starters finished and then mains brought out, still no dessert even when all mains had been delivered. So again we ashed where is the desert order and another staff member went to ask the kitchen and said to us ot wont be long now. 10-15 mins into the mains being brought out we had to start without her (again) because ours was now getting cold. Again we asked our original waitress where is ut because we asked for it to cone with the starters and we got very flimsy excuses that because its a dessert it takes longer which is absolute rubbish because others in the restaurant would be ordering desserts and they were sweet doughballs so not like a lot of prep was needed. Finally they came when we were finishing our mains.
Then at the end of the night i ordered a hot chocolate which as i drank got plastic in my mouth which was inside the drink!
This was not a welcoming or good experience especially for a work party and a member of our team was left feeling very awkward and singled out, which is absolute rubbish shame because the food was nice.

Waitresses came across as cold and rude she also messed up the order after being told multiple times by multiple customers, manager did apologise and gave us a free replacement pizza. The pasta wasn't very flavoured, I personally didn't mind my pizza although they've taken a thin pizza to a new level I probably won't eat here again

We?ve had a very good evening at the restaurant în Mk Xscape. Even the restaurant was fully booked Celine did manage to accommodate us and made our day. She was very friendly, kind and helpful and we felt like special guests. The atmosphere was nice and calm as you?d expect. Great food and affordable prices. Would strongly recommend.

Thank you to the lovely staff at pizza express. Especially that my nephew has allergies. Nothing was too much. Well done, I appreciate all the help.
Vegetarian options: If you like a dish but has meat in, they will make it to how you would want your food. Add or take out ingredients.
Dietary restrictions: nut and dairy free options available.
Parking: Parking at MK shopping center. Always spaces available.

Upon visiting MK again I had a pleasant visit previously and I thought it would be nice to go back however our server wasn?t friendly and seemed very much frustrated by having to take our order. He did not smile and he kept trying to walk off before we had finished ordering like he was in a rush to do something else.
He really wasn?t friendly compared to the rest of the staff there. The gentleman who seemed like a manager was very helpful and chatty. Which almost made up for our servers attitude. My partner had gotten up to go to the toilet mid eating I had finished and the sever came over and started clearing away I said he?s eating but as he had already picked stuff up I let him carry on.
The food was ok the dough balls were over done and my pizza was underdone.
Maybe third time lucky if we are every back this way maybe we will give it a go but customer service training wouldn?t go a miss here with that server.

Really poor experience here today which was incredibly disappointing as we?ve always enjoyed going to the one in the Xscape.
My main, the carbonara, wasn?t consistently cooked: hot in the middle, room temperature everywhere else, and then cold around the edges.
The pasta was hard and cracked, and incredibly chewy? I?ve had carbonara plenty of times and this was the worst I?ve ever had.
The staff seemed miserable and bored.
Three of them were having loud back and forth which interrupted our experience, and just from overhearing the rest of their other conversations, it seems like there is little satisfaction with being on shift and a lack of communication amongst the team regarding customer orders and what table it?s supposed to go to (my husband's starter and our table being no.4, but from what I heard, it went elsewhere..).
The starters were cooked and very tasty, but this isn?t enough for me to want to return.
?Overall, disappointing; I?ll stick to the Xscape Pizza Express who have always been consistent and outstanding with their services!

Was accused of jumping the queue by a member of staff (nobody was waiting at the door when we first arrived). The member of staff had an awful smirk on her face and laughed whilst talking to me. She stood there pointing and arguing me like I was a naughty school child. I ended up walking out, not going to be called a liar and treated like that.
