My BMW was serviced here more than 2 years ago by the previous owner. I noticed there was a discrepancy in the mileage record on BMW's online maintenance system and asked for their help to amend/update it.The record end-up could not be amended (due to the limitation of the system), but they have investigated and responded promptly while explaining to me the reason behind the discrepancy.The overall experience was great, especially the lady on the phone was so polite and responsive, not to mention I have never paid any visit to this garage before. I can now understand why this garage has been rated so highly in Google reviews.

Very good and quick experience, with nice staff, had a license plate fitted and they took maybe 10 minutes for the whole thing, knowing how busy they are I was surprised they could do it such short time but they got one of their workers and did very promptly. ?

Really pleased with the service this morning, 4 new tyres fitted in 1/2 hour and really polite, friendly and courteous staff.

This is the 2nd time I have used Pikesley and I am not disappointed! They changed my front tyres and the entire process from booking it in to completion was as smooth as it can be. The staff are, evidently, really busy but they are super polite and provide an excellent service at the same time. Keep up the good work!
