We had carpet fitted all through the house. The carpet was good, device was good , but after a month down we have started to notice very jagged edges around most of the door ways. They seemed to be in a rush to get it done. So unfortunately fitting has let everything down.

I got my carpet supplied and fitted by Phoenix Carpets in May 2013 and it's still looking great.The price was so much cheaper than the big stores, even when the book stores had a "sale". The underlay prices were much much cheaper too.Really friendly service from a lovely couple with great fitters. I've recommended them to friends and family many times.

We had our dinning room carpeted in August which was very pleased with so this week we had our hall stair and landing done , as we have an old house the stairs are very difficult, John Lewis had to re do twice,Phoenix two men came and made a wonderful job we?re so pleased and would recommend to any good quality and excellent service

This is a honest review, I am normally reluctant to place reviews, only if I think that the service is excellent, or so very poor.I have known and used Phoenix for over 30 years. They have always treated us with openness and honesty.They have supplied not only myself but also my family with carpets and I have recommended them to friends who have also been very satisfied with the product and service provided.I have just had a carpet for our home supplied and fitted by Phoenix Carpets. The quality of the carpet is absolute quality and the fitters took time and great care in the fitting.If you are looking for a quality carpet, like you would find in stores' such as J. Lewis then I would urge you to go to Phoenix. In my opinion they are providing the customer with as good or if not better quality at a more reasonable cost.I do hope that this review is helpful to you, give them a try.
