WORST DELIVERY COMPANY . I have checked up on my order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday . It hasn?t I was at home all day waiting on my delivery I just went to see where my parcel was and on the website it says that I missed my delivery and that the delivery driver has left a NOTE ON WHAT TO DO NEXT AND WHERE MY PARCEL IS. . Nothing has been left and this isn?t the first time that this happened . Just tried getting a hold of the customer service after waiting for over an hour for someone to answer it got to 12:30 and the answering machines tells me ? sorry our offices are now closed? . Still don?t know where my parcel is .

How does a parcel worth £50 end up costing you £4k... When you send crucial construction materials by Parcelforce on a 24hr delivery and they get delivered 5 days later and every day you're told wait around for them.Never again, I absolutely will never touch this company again in my lifetime.I just can't afford it.

Yesterday, February 27th. The courier delivered a package that was addressed to me at another address. It is not possible to reach you and the e-mail address that is listed on the website is not valid. I had a day off and I was at home all day. It's not my door in the photo, it's not my neighborhood, and I don't have any elderly people. And these are not my neighbors. Please sort this out. Why conduct core business when most of the target customers aren't at home? Missed deliveries, repeat trips to and from customers who won't be in as we have jobs.Awful carbon footprint as a result of driving to customers who aren't in during the day who then have to collect parcels from depot themselves. Awful business model. Could double your productivity and halve your fuel costs overnight by offering weekend and evening deliveries. Get with the times and thrive by watching your competition and doing what they do. Rant over.

Worst manager at Milton Keynes depotDriver Didn't collect parcel for 3 days straigh every time I have callaed they say Sorry no prob is rebooked for next day and lie again ,,this is 4th day how they lied and promised that is all sorted and parcel is not collected again..AVOID THEMOFFICIAL COMPLAINT WILL BE BOOKED TOMORROW AGAINST SITE MANAGER

Absolutely shocking service with the delivery drivers who have zero care or consideration when attempting delivery. Do not leave calling cards or just dump calling cards which are left lying around. I made it catagorically clear to leave the package with an elderly neighbour who takes time to answer the door. The driver did not bother to wait, which shows the culture we live in. What can you say about a parcel collection place?I arranged with DHL for a parcel to be collected from Germany and delivered to me. Nothing special, just a couple of paintings from a German friend.It took over a month. I was tracking it on the Parcel Force website when it went from the delivery depot back to the international hub.I phoned Parcel Force and was told that as there was a customs charge I needed to wait for a letter telling me what the charge was and equity a reference number so I could pay the charge and arrange delivery.Another week or two went by with no letter when I received a phone message telling me that my parcel would be returned to Germany if I didn't make arrangements to collect it.In this day of email, text, and all manner of instant communication, Parcel Force send you a bloody letter which, in my case, got lost in the post.

They might be Worldwide, but they refuse to delivery to Upper Harlestone. They always default direct to the Brington Post Office and without leaving a calling card, everytime and i mean everytime! disgraceful

Twice now on track and trace my parcel has failed to come once to a click and collect address (eBay) and second time to home address stating tryed to deliver but unable ,but no card left or anything yet other delivery companies don't have issues with ,it seems other reviews experience same, avoid !

If you are looking for a scam delivery company that doesn't try to deliver and says they did, welcome to parcelforce. Where you will need to drive 2 hours to collect the parcel that you paid delivery for, and not one time by 3 times that this situation happened to me.I just wish the website I buy from wouldn't use this company. Absolutely ruined my days.Thank you for nothing.
