Absolutely disgusting company!
As a customer I had a bad experience, however I appreciate sometimes this is down to staff and as I like Pappa John's menu I gave them another chance.
Disgusting cold food arrived late. I contacted the Paignton store who didn't care atall, they just told me to contact customer services email for a refund!
I go about doing this, the customer service team are absolutely appalling, they are dragging out giving me a refund, they are saying they have to investigate further to be able to give me any "Goodwill."
Your a business that has not provided the service I paid for. This is not good will, this is illegal business practice!
You have 7 days to have my money back in my bank before I contact small claims court, trading standards and the media.

This location is the factory which makes the Pizzas, you can?t get a Pizza here or dine-in unless you work for the company.

Whoever made the decision to replace the tomato base with bbq sauce there is a special place in hell reserved just for you (and i hope you get there soon before you impose any more of your bight ideas on the good people of this planet). If it doesn't have a tomato base its not a pizza. It shouldn't be on the menu under the title of pizza. If you insist on serving such abomination create a new tab using something along the lines of "excrement". It would be far better suited. I would wish best regards but I would be lying.

Disgusting reduction of toppings on your pizzas despite putting prices up, you will not be able to compete with dominoes or pizza hut. You franchise fee is causing this , wake up or you will be closing stores with the same speed as you opened them. Total disaster

Took my money claimed on the tracking app it said the pizza was delivered. I was relying on this to feed my children whilst I took my wife out for her birthday.The kids went hungry and we had to leave the restaurant early to get them some food. Ruined a special night and stole my money.I?ve tried ringing but no one is answering?Basically they took our money claimed it was delivered and delivered nothing. The Harrogate branch scammed us. I hope head office pick them up on this, but to be honest they probably don?t care.I usually ordered Dominoes but thought I would try Papa Johns. Big MISTAKE stick with Dominoes.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS , complained to them about a terrible experiment I had the Berkhamsted branch , they replied asking for the order number ( which was attached via picture) , I then verified this again only to not get a reply . Worst customer service I have ever received.
