My friend told me that she was ordering pizza from Papa Jones. I was super sceptical due to all the negative comments, but beside the time my experience was positive! As for time, I have no problem waiting, but for 48 min it was displaying ?We are cutting and quality checking your pizza"?the"COVID test can be done in 15 min.?cutting the pizza in seconds. So what was done?
Jokes aside, I had no issues with what folks were writing: lots of yummy toppings, warm and nice. Very good meal at a fair price.

Sadly this is the most central branch in Milton Keynes where Papas UK is based, contact them to raise a complaint over an order that was over two hours late and they can't be bothered to help.
No more Papas! I was happy to overlook their terrible business practices until now.

I used to love the fresh flavour, quality and quantity of papa johns toppings and especially the sauce they used. We ordered 4 pizzas yesterday and they were very poor. Ingredients missing, very different flavour and overall disappointing. Goodbye papa johns. It?s not me, it?s you.

All in all, stressful, frustrating, and not an experience we want to repeat due to poor management and quality.
Regular customer (though not anymore). Previous two orders have been atrocious; cookie desert was burned to a crisp and when we were told to send photos via whatsapp to prove it to the store when we complained, they argued that it was perfectly fine.
Having tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, we ordered again only for them to somehow mix up toppings for both pizzas, giving us two pizzas we couldn't eat. Attempting to resolve this issue took over 10 minutes to just get through a chore of a conversation that was handled poorly by the staff. At first they tried to insist that our order had never been placed! When we finally got it across that we had the food literally in front of us but that it was wrong, they magically found the information they needed. Just getting across that we needed replacement pizzas was such a chore that it ruined the 'hassle-free' experience delivery is meant to be.
Will never order from this branch again as the only thing we are guaranteed to receive is an issue with the order. You are better off cooking a meal from scratch.

Papa Johns are a con. When you place an order a pop up offers you cash back on your next order. But if you read the small print at the bottom, you notice you get subscribed to £15 per month to their "partner programme" I bet a lot of their customers have lost a lot of money by innocently clicking to receive cash back. Very unethical Papa Johns. Dominoes gets my custom from now on

We ordered an XL Philly Cheese steak which we have done in the past. The topping was so thin it was like eating a dry Pizza base, I phoned the Oldbrook branch to make a complain but after speaking to the manager all we got offered was a 50% discount on our next order, something which is available to all customers all the time, the Manager wasnt very professional and didnt handle the complain in a satisfactory manner. I won't be using Papa John's again.

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered a hot beef Mexican and it came with 2 pieces of meat and I was told that's the standard.

Went for the buffet, food was okay but pasta wasn't great and salad bar was low most of the time we were there.
