I didn't take the sales assistant's name but she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us some great tips on collecting exclusive Pandora charms abroad and it was a great experience even though the shop was really busy.

I was served by a very helpful assistant yesterday. The lady ordered me a lovely pair of earrings as these were not in stock in the store.
