I?ve consistently found that this EVRI collection point does not prioritise EVRI customers. Instead, the staff focus on serving their own shop customers first, regardless of how long EVRI customers have been waiting. On several occasions, I?ve had to wait a considerable amount of time, even when it wasn?t busy. The staff have made it clear that their shop customers are their main priority, not those collecting EVRI parcels. Even when I?m in the queue, I?m often not served when it?s my turn. Unfortunately, this happens every time I visit, not just during peak hours.
Even if there is more staff in the shop, why is there only one person at the tills serving?

15 mins stood in a q. Automatic machine not working. 2 members of staff doing online orders and ignoring the q of people. Q to the back of the building. Left my food and walked out. Life?s too short.

Staff are never in a rush never helpful or talkative and often communicate in a different language while being served acting like i am not even there and dont tell me the total as they are too busy speaking this is not a new occurrence

Very unprofessional lazy staff only go to the shop as its local went for a parcel said we needed a barcode we came back 30 minutes after and the scanner was suddenly broken disappointed as always

The staff at Minimarkt are always friendly and helpful. They are always in a good mood and make you feel welcome as a customer. The selection at Minimarkt is always fresh and well-stocked. There is everything you need for your daily needs. The atmosphere at Minimarkt is pleasant and inviting. The store is clean and tidy.

I can recommend the Minimarkt. The staff are friendly, the selection is good and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Accused of stealing from the costa coffee machine even though I have shown receipts two days in a row. Came at me in a threatening manner instead of just asking me for proof of purchase. When called to speak with management the lady on the phone was useless and rude. Disgusting customer service, and then tried to say they charge different to what the costa machine states, so appears they have been coning people out of money

Female staff are nice, the male staff needs to stop patronizing and actually do his job. Went to collect a parcel and instead of just telling me the process changed and I need to go to till he goes a long way asking when was the last time I was in, why does that matter? Keep to your own business if he has the time to waste I don't, will not use it again, evri should move across the street they are absolutely brilliant.
