Not good service rude

I?m very disappointed with the service I received today at my local One Stop store while trying to collect a parcel. I?ve been coming in regularly to collect parcels, and during my latest visit, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive.
When I asked about my parcel, one of the staff members, Adam, seemed unwilling to help and acted as though I was wasting his time. A woman working alongside him also became rude when I asked for her name, then started laughing and speaking to her colleague in another language while looking at me ? which felt unprofessional and quite disrespectful.
To make matters worse, they refused to serve me and simply moved on to the next customer without resolving the issue. I understand that barcode issues can be frustrating, but that?s no excuse for poor customer service and dismissive behavior, especially towards a regular customer. The last colleague who came to help was helpful and gave me the parcel.
I hope One Stop takes this kind of feedback seriously and looks into the staff conduct at this location as the customer service here is absolutely atrocious. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

You can collect parcels from here, Evri or Yodel, so you queue, tell them you have parcels to collect...they continue to serve people, so you have queued, but then forced to wait until they have cleared the queue of people waiting to pay for store goods. It's so rude, I have already queued like everyone else. Why am I being forced to wait again. They get quite frustrated with you, like you re a probelm. I hate having to come here but its the nearest Evri point, if they dont like having to attend to people collecting parcels, then do do it. I dont appreciate being made to feel like an inconvience.

The arrogant store staff creates a very unpleasant atmosphere when you enter. They treat you like an intruder, even if you come long before closing time.

Closes at 10, but staff will begin forcing you out at 9.54.
Staff have severe communication issues and seem to think they run an independent store.
