Went in for an upgrade and the staff could not have made it easier. All done in about half an hour and returned shortly after as all my data has been transferred and the new phone was good to go.

Took out new contracts and got charged a month in advance within 48 hours. When I called the shop they said they could not do anything and to call 202, who did not do anything either.

the assistant manager was rude and the actual manager wouldn't even see a customer because he was eating. working in a retail environment you would think that both would have been trained how to deal with customers and it shows that this is not the case. I would suggest to find a better store to buy or collect your phone from and I would avoid speaking to any of the management team as they clearly do not value customers. Shame that this is now the representation of O2

If you visit this store at the weekend you are much less likely to have satisfactory customer service. Groups of workers pool at the front desk and talk to each other whilst you are trying to resolve your query with another member of staff. You do not get offered the chance to sit down and talk and they appear to be brushing you off. As a person growing up without a mobile phone i sometimes need that extra little bit of support to understand technology and i believe some of the workers in this shop do not appreciate this. I have had this experience more than once.Having said all this i have had some great experiences in this shop, some staff members are superb, (usually on a week day) But i guess you just take pot luck!

My customer experience at the Milton Keynes O2 store was fantastic. A gentleman named Seb went out of his way to help me with my phone. It took a good couple of hours to sort out but he did not give up and was so helpful. O2 are very lucky to have him as their employee. His knowledge was great too.

I just woke up early to do something related with my account as specified in the web just to be told that they weren't able to do it by a lady that seemed to be the manager, and that I had to call to O2. When I did so and I explained on the telephone my request they told me that on the shop they were able to do it, so I made a complain about them. Just a waist of time.

Walked into the store to 2 staff members having a chat at the front desk. Wanted to ask about my upgrade but they made no effort to assist me and continued to look at me and not help. Walked out and was still ignored . Disappointed.

Terrible service today, when asking for information on phones as my wife was about to renew, the response from Imran was ?well we are closing in 15 minutes?. No interest in helping us at all and we?ll be taking the business elsewhere, away from o2.
