My wife and I would like to voice our appreciation to the Manager and Staff on the Furniture Department Milton Keynes.
We had a few issues with our order, which were dealt with by the staff and particularly the Manager in the Milton Keynes Branch.
Also Elaine on customer service, at the end, once all furniture was delivered.
We would have no concerns buying any items from this store, as the customer service from the Branch was second to none. We will be highly recommending anyone to shop at this Branch..Paula

Next Home at Central Retail Park in Milton Keynes is a really great place if you're looking for home inspiration. The store is large, well-organized, and offers a huge selection of furniture, decorations, lighting, and accessories. Big plus for featuring brands like Mamas & Papas and Laura Ashley.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere in the store was pleasant. Having a Costa café on-site is also a nice touch ? perfect for a quick break during shopping.
The only small downside was that it got a bit busy at times, with some queues at the checkout, but overall, it was a very positive experience. I?ll definitely be coming back!

Terrible place to park.
Good selection of goods but not curtains unless you want eyelet.

Went to look at their dining tables and couldn?t. They were surrounded by clutter and cardboard and had rubbish on top of them. Rest of the shop floor was also disorganised and dangerous.

Easily found off of the main road.
Parking is free for up to 3 hours .
A large next home selling alot of things including larger furniture which can be ordered in store.
You can also apply for interest free credit.
A new Laura Ashley section can be found at the back with furniture to order and different fabrics available.
There's a Costa in store too, with a seating area and toilets.
You can also collect online orders here and the process is quick and simple.
A LARGE diffuser and candle section enough to keep your house smelling fresh.
Children's section is upstairs along with some child clothes.
You can also get some bargains with ex display models.
This is a dog FRIENDLY store.
Staff were friendly, helpful, and till service was fast and efficient.
I cannot fault this store and find it to be one of the best Next's in the area for homeware.
To note.... im very happy with my new Hamish cow purchase.... !!

Lots of cosy home goods. The store is spacious and well lit.The toilet for the cafe is accessible from the Next store and looks clean. There is also a disabled toilet.

Very bad delivery service for £1500 beds which I paid for assembly but the driver wanted to leave big heavy packs on front of my doors and not anyone care so one hour argue on the phone reschedule delivery after 4 days so I can have assembly which I did pay for so 4 night for my kids without beds and wasting very valuable time.Customer service don't really help and every department they don't know anything about the other.Basically they don't care be and I thought when I pay for next.I will have good value for my money with respectful service so I can avoid something like this and even if mistake happen they should solve it the same or next day but like I said no body care.

Christmas stuff up in September!? But nice sized store with mamas and papas and a costa inside. Generally good quality clothes and furniture.
