Ridiculous- didn't even know my branch of 26yrs had moved!!
New branch- the other end- complete unsatisfactory-
Had to wait for the one ( yes 1!) customer service operative to arrive- upstairs- long queue. Could hear everything tht was being said - no confidentiality. Just rubbish. Would give 0 if that was an option!!!

My wife and I have been with Natwest all our life. Recently we had issues with one of our other banks and were very disappointed with the way they were making us go from pillar to post just to open an ISA account. We went to OUR Bank (Natwest) and Scholarstic Masuko sorted us out in 15 minutes - Thanks Masuko you were great !!

I've been with natwest for 14 years now and I've never had an issue. They are a pleasure to deal with. The process of opening any account online is easy, and the staff have been top notch. Very professional on each occasion I've called or visited.

Worst bank
Three times was putting cash in to account and two times atm steel money, bank don?t want to resolve issue at all, just wasting time

Simply appalling service.
It served as a reminder that I need to get all of my banking transferred to my Starling account and leave this bank after 31 years.

When I visited, I walked past a queue near the entrance. I took the lift and went upstairs to draw out some cash from a machine and have a look around.
There seems to be several open seating areas downstairs, a couple of larger group meeting areas and an accessible toilet.
There's a choice of a staircase or lift access to the first floor. Smaller meeting rooms upstairs, a cash machine and paying in machine and one manned till.

No cash services on a Saturday. I was under the impression that banks opened Saturdays so people with Monday to Friday jobs had access to money! What's happened to our bank?

Incredibly slow service today, just short of 2 hours from start to finish to do a job that I expected to be quick.
