I am extremely pleased with the staff at the Bletchley branch, they are so helpful. When opening a different savings account everything was explained expertly and the rates were good. I was so impressed I decided to switch my current account from another company to them too. It was good to be able to walk into a local bank rather than have to travel to the city centre. Long may it continue.

Received excellent service in branch recently involving a Power of Attorney issue which was handled promptly with compassion and understanding.I was invited in for a face to face discussion which is a hundred times better than phone calls or e mails . A good advert for keeping branches open

Always helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. It's great to be able to go into the branch and meet real frindly and professional people. I must add though the app is great. Glad I opened an account at Nationwide and they haven't gone 'cheapskate' by closing branches unnecessarily. Well done Nationwide and thank you for great interest rates on savings!

Have been with nationwide bank for 43years and have never been given any reason for compliant all of the staff have always been excellent and very helpful you will not find a better bank.

As a customer heaving been in the Bletchley branch , on several occasions. The seamless professional polite service you receive from each member of the team is a credit to them all. I leave the branch and realise that is a happy place to work.
Banking itself is a complicated beast, the product knowledge of the entire team, is second to none.
I am so confident in the team and nationwide as a business and would encourage others to join a winning team and company
