Took my car to get my tyres checked and left with a £600 quote for a new exhaust pipe. Went and got a second opinion and the job cost me less then £200 to buy the new part and get it fitted?. Over charging like that in a cost of living crisis is madness ?? jokers

Brilliant service from Keith and the team.Turned up about 10 minutes before they closed (which I didnt know) but he was happy to look at the spare I had on the car, offered to check the air for me and said I would be fine getting home but to come back first thing the following morning to get it sorted. Showed me how to read the size I needed and advised on which brands I could use.Turned up before they were supposed to open and the team booked me in and I was on my way quickly.I was happy to leave my car there for the day if need be just to get the tyre sorted but had a call about 1hour later saying it was all sorted!!Very happy with the service, would highly recommend and will return in future.Thank you so much

Great staff, Awful managment.Each point of dissapointment was at the fault of Senior managment.I came in to do 4 tyers after prebooking with halfords online. Walked through the door and was completly ignored by the male staff doing nothing. Took a glance at me and put his head back down. I said hi and was again ignored. I was served by a female who took my keys and gave me a collection time.I later called asking to keep one of my tyers as it was fairly new. MARK answerd the phone and issured he would relay the message. This did not happen and i had to go back in after collecting my car to get the tyer which was tracked down by an assistant manager named keif.I was not called and told to collect my car when it was ready, i just showed up after feeling like it had been enough time. Walked in and again no words from MARK. I saw my paperwork and car keys on the desk and asked the lady if i was all set.So off i went. As mentioned decided to double check if my extra tire was in the boot. When that wasnt the case i asked keith so speak to a manager. When he said it was MARK AT THE FRONT DESK, i figured it wasn't worth me complaing to managment OVER THE managment..Place needs better leadership. As for me i wont be returning anytime soon. My suggestion is put keith incharge if you dont wanna keep losing customers. Nobody should be spending money anwywhere their disregarded.

After trying several garages locally for help sorting out a miss fire, Ryan and Matt were unbelievably helpful, lending me their kit and could not do enough for me, I had an hours drive home and without there help I wouldn?t have been able to get back. Thank you guys ever so much for your help, highly recommend. Turned out to be the coil pack like you said Ryan, thanks guys absolute legends :)

Went here for an MOT with a car that is regularly serviced (by reputable service who at the moment cannot do MOTs). The car failed on multiple points (such as break pads under 1mm, excessive wear here and there etc.), and they offered to book it in for servicing. I declined and took it to my regular place for servicing, thought they will replace the stuff and then I come back here and re-do the MOT. My regular service called me that they actually do not advise to replace any of the parts as they are totally OK and they should pass an MOT, offered to wait 2 weeks for their availability, they will pass it for me. I declined as I need the car and booked in somewhere else with availability the next day. Miraculously, the car passed with no issues at all with not even a mention on the parts that were marked as "excessively worn" by Nationa Tyres and Autocare MOT... You draw your own conclusions regarding the matter....

Lovely, this is a very good experience. I had MOT service here. Although they don't have the tyre pressure sensor part which works with my car because my car is a Korean brand. They guided me to purchase one in another town, and they changed it for me without extra cost. Professional service, especially Keith. Thank you. We will definitely come back again.

Fantastic service here! Lads know what they are doing, went in for 4 new tyres. The team spotted a problem with the hub and bolts on my car from a previous garages work. They performed their safety checks and got me in my way after having new parts fitted. Keith who I had been dealing with the entire time was straightforward and kept it honest. I cannot speak more highly for him and his team who got me back on the road! 5* is the minimum I can offer them!

First time tried and never again.Apparently appointments are not appointments. Bought tyres and booked the appointment for 11am online. I arrived on time and was told it would take 1-2 hours. Thought this was weird other garages I have used in the past have never taken this time to change 2 tyres. Luckily the wife and I had to do some food shopping. Retunred at 12:30 to see car being driven in. Asked why it wasn't done and was told 11am was the time to bring the car in and the tyres could be changed any time that day until closing. Walked home, emptied shopping returned and was done in 30 minutes. Obviously the definition of appointments has changed from doctors surgeries, hospitals, salons et al

Rang and got next day appointment. The staff who attended to me was very helpful and kind. He explained everything that could be wrong with the tyre to me and went ahead to fix it.Thank you!

I paid online and booked an oil change at Halfords. But I went to them on Sunday and the staff said they wouldn't do it and refunded me directly. It's not my fault. They have a bad attitude.
