Very good. I ordered food for collection son review based on that.
I ordered the Double Chicken Burger with peri salt fries. I chose my time slot which was the next available and in 20 minutes. I turned up a couple of minutes before and was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly member of staff. The food was ready and the member of staff very keen to make sure I had all that I needed including extra sauces and double checked the cutlery was there.
The food was very good, tasty chicken and the sauce and salad were good, as was the Bun. The fries were nice too, and not greasy which is a big thing for me as can't tolerate a lot of saturated fat. Food was still hot by the time i opened it up in the hotel room.
All very good.
Dietary restrictions: They ask about dietary and allergies when a customer enters, but they can't accommodate for that for collection orders.

I was disappointed by the quality of food, waiting time and no one bothered to take our plates to the point that we have to use nearest table to put dirty plates.
Ordered online, some dishes wasn?t available so we ordered replacements, turned out all food was available if ordered directly.
Chicken and chips tasted more like ones you get from supermarket to be honest.
Chicken wings tasted salty and a bit dry, some small bits were pink.
Chips is not wat you get from proper Nando?s but more like from supermarket frozen chips.
Olives comes without garlic and yet saw and bought exactly same from Aldi that is located opposite.
I have been in different Nando?s and this one unfortunately not the one I will go to again.
Staff seemed nice but didn?t make me feel welcome.
We waited for our food 40 minutes, I was about to leave but then we got offered free dish to choose while we waited for the order. Nice gesture but I would not add any top marks for that because it was not as tasty as I expected it to be but something cheap from supermarket. I actually bought same from Aldi and it tasted literally same.
we paid around £100 for a couple of dishes that we didn?t even enjoyed as it didn?t taste good as it does in proper Nando?s.

Once you taste the food here you really feel the quote I mentioned, If you want to taste the real taste then you must visit Nando's. It's an ultimate feast for food lovers, serving multiple varieties of delicious food.

To some extent you know what you're getting with Nando's, but nonetheless the customer experience can vary between branches.
This is one of the good ones. Despite being a very busy branch (with delivery orders also adding to the pressure on staff), they do their best to greet and seat you promptly. The food usually comes out quickly and cooked to the usual standard. Last time we went, it was served inside of ten minutes! You can see the staff here work damn hard!
My only criticism is the constant bang of the kitchen door as people go in and out of it. It could do with replacing for one that closes more quietly.
A very well run branch of Nando's overall though. ?
Parking: Park for free in Sainsbury's opposite for up to 2hrs.

This is definitely the best Nando?s I?ve been to. The staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. The food was actually delicious, perfectly cooked chicken and it wasn?t burnt. The manager (Mariangela) was so nice. Honestly if I come back to MK I?ll definitely be coming back to that Nando?s. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Hadn?t started cooking our order 40 minutes after it should have arrived. Shocking service. Didn?t even bother to warn us. Hungry kids went hungry and nobody bothered to call to explain an understandable blunder. Ended up on the phone to the Phillipines for 20 minutes to discover the estimated time was a calculated and consistent lie, that our food had not been started on the grill, and that the refund would take 5-7 working days.
People make mistakes. How mistakes are managed. That?s where it counts. Honesty is imperative. Know your trade for goodness sakes. First day stuff. Either develop your management, or manage them out.
Bye bye Nandos. We don?t trust you. Closed my account.

Very busy, but seated 9 of easily. Food arrived quickly and was perfect. Manager and staff were all efficient and friendly.

We love nandos but what we like the most is the service that Charley give. She is very friendly and always make sure that when we are living the place we are happy.
