Food did not arrive during my visit after waiting upwards of an hour for a single meal. If they cannot handle having this many customers then maybe they should reduce their seating.

Give Annie a pay rise right this instant jaunts chill asf. Big love for the chicken thighs ( with hot sauce lowkey slaps but got a lil kick ion gon lye) the hot sauce cracked my shield had to pop a big pot there and then.

Service was great even though it was SUPER busy! Food came so promptly even though I ordered vegan/ veggie food! Very impressed, and delicious as always!

I recently visited a Nando?s, and while the customer service was commendable, the overall experience was marred by the appalling condition of the restaurant. It's hard to understand how anyone could enjoy a meal in such a filthy environment. The tables were sticky, the floors were grimy, and the general cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. Nando?s really needs to address this issue across all of their locations. It?s disappointing to see that this lack of cleanliness seems to be a consistent problem across the chain. It?s a shame because the service was friendly, but no amount of good service can make up for dining in such a disgusting place. Nando?s should be ashamed of letting their standards slip this badly.

Visited 16/11 and even though we had to queue for a table, the service and food was lovely. The food arrived hot, everyone enjoyed their meal and it was a nice atmosphere.
Best nandos visit.

My husband and I recently visited whilst doing some Christmas shopping on Friday 6th December. The food was great, as always. However- we witnessed the most awful staff bullying which was terrible. A lovely young girl called Amelia (apologies, this was spelt differently on her name badge!) showed us quickly to a table, even though it was busy. She cleaned one on the end especially so we had space for our pushchair. A fellow staff member, name badge saying Elijah was horrific towards her. Spoke down to her on several occasions, looked visibly disgusted to be in her presence and treated her awfully. It was heartbreaking to witness and Amelia looked so upset by it all.
I love visiting Nando?s but it was horrible to see this behaviour going on and it also was really sad that there wasn?t any management present or anyone senior doing anything about it. We weren?t the only costumers to notice this bullying behaviour and it would make me think twice before visiting this specific branch again. I really hope this can be accordingly dealt with.

Woudent recommend going there on a week end can wait up to an hour for them guys to forget your order with around 20 people working poor think lotts training needed....

A well-known restaurant with branches in the most expensive countries in the world. I love it very much, which is why I like to try it everywhere I go.

Attempted to have lunch. After seeing numerous other tables arrive after us and receive their food I attempted to query, wasn't the easiest as most of the staff were busy chatting and hugging friends who were visiting the restaurant but not actually customers. We were the table closest to the tills and weren't checked on once while waiting for over 30 mins for our food. Turns out the order was put through as "take away". We took a refund away in the end. Cheers.
