Lady (or what ever it identified as) behind the till wasnt helpful at all. I had booked a fitting but she was couldn't be bothered to help and seemed a massive effort just to find my name. Went to suits direct across the way and was greeted, welcomed and measured. Within 10 minutes I left with a suit.

We had a good experience with the store. My husband hired a suit for our son?s wedding and the service we received from measurements to pickup went very smoothly.

Absolutely appalling experience. I placed a click and collect order on the 1st of this month, and over 12 days later, I?ve still received no notification that it?s ready. I?ve emailed them three times, and all I get in response is that it?s been delayed ? with no explanation or resolution. No one ever answers the phone at the store, which is beyond frustrating.
The customer service here is outrageously bad ? I?ve never experienced anything like this in my life. I wouldn?t recommend shopping here, let alone placing an order. To make things worse, another parcel I ordered from them has arrived, but I wanted to collect both together ? which makes logical sense ? and now I?m stuck waiting.
At this point, I want to cancel both orders and get a full refund, but I can?t even get in touch with a real person to make that happen. Steer clear of this place ? it?s not worth the stress.

I had a very bad experience at this store, and I feel compelled to share it so others are aware. I purchased a suit on 10th June and paid extra for a trouser alteration. I was initially told the alterations would take 3 to 4 weeks.
Surprisingly, after about four days, I received an email saying the trousers were ready for collection. When I went to pick them up, I was disappointed to find that the alterations were not done as I had requested. I was told the issue would be fixed.
Unfortunately, I ended up having to go back three separate times because the trousers were still not right. By the third visit, I was running out of time?I needed the suit for an event, and I couldn?t wait any longer. I decided to request a refund.
Here?s where things got even more frustrating. The staff member assisting me said they were happy to refund the jacket, but the trousers were a problem since they had been altered (even though the alteration mistakes were entirely theirs). She said she needed approval from the store manager, who wasn?t in that day, and promised to contact me the next day.
Three days passed with no update, so I went back to the store myself. Once again, the same staff member told me the manager was on holiday, and she still had no updates. At that point, I reminded her that the 28-day return period was almost over, and insisted they sort out the refund immediately. I told them clearly that I wasn?t leaving the store without a resolution. Only then did they process the refund.
I?ve shopped at other Moss Bros stores in London and never had a problem. But this Milton Keynes branch was a complete letdown?from poor communication and repeated mistakes to unprofessional handling of refunds. I won't be returning to this store again.

I went in looking to buy a tuxedo and the customer service I received from Darnell was exceptional characterised by professionalism. He provided a personalised experience in a very kind and respectful way. Whilst this was what I was hoping for when I was looking to buy a suit - Darnell went beyond my expectations. If you need a suit or a tuxedo and want a five-star service, this is the place to go!

I had an excellent experience at Moss Milton Keynes thanks to Dean. I was in a bit of a panic after a suit I ordered elsewhere was cancelled last minute. With only two days until a black-tie event, Dean went above and beyond to help me find the perfect tux. Initially, the service wasn't great but once (I think it was) Dean came over, he was very helpful, offering advice and information about sizing and styles. He spent a lot of time with me even though in the end I had to buy the suit online because they didn't have my size in store.

I wanted to hire a suit for a wedding in Mayfair. Dean was incredibly helpful from the start, and made excellent recommendations and helped with finding the right fit. Picked a great tie and pocket square, and it all went very smoothly. Recommended.

Very disappointed with the store. I went in on Sunday to get a white dress shirt for my wedding suit. I was waiting ages to try and catch someone eye contact but no one wanted to help. I manged to speak to a staff member who wasn't very helpful, by the shirts who told me to go get measured I asked where do I go? She looked at me rolled her eyes and walked off. I was left not knowing what to do or where to go. I tried getting the attention of other staff members who walked passed me like I was invisible, so I ended leaving with no dress shirt. I could understand if it was busy but it really wasn't and the attitude from the staff is so unnecessary it's like they're not interested in you buying from them. Very disappointed to say the least.
