So helpful and nice!! I needed specific lengths and of wood. They didn't have in stock, so are ordering it in, cutting it for me and delivering for free. They have been so nice over the phone too. I will be using them for anything else they can help with in future. Super impressed :)

Would recommend this shop to absolutely anybody looking materials for their next project or diy. Luke and Lauren go above and beyond to cater for all of my needs. Outstanding. Products are high quality and reasonably priced. Staff in store are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products - Georgia has helped us out with ordering materials for a couple of projects now and has been amazing. Would highly recommend a visit for anybody looking to buy building materials

Great staff, Well stocked up even during COVID lockdowns (when even the big names like B&Q and others were hopelessly managed during COVID lockdowns) however the ONLY reason that I wont give them 5 stars is because they have the WORST online ordering website I have seen for a long time.URGENT ADVICE : Throw away the hopeless ordering website and just buy a reliable one - DONT develop in-house just buy a proper online ordering system !
