Was great 10 years ago. Now worse than a normal bank. Crap opening hours. Staff are ignorant and always changing. 1 star for the onebanx machine that is better than the staff.

Staff dont know there own company policy was misinformed three times. Manager tried to fob me off. Sat waiting for a while no bothered to come see me. I would advise people to pick a different bank like barclays

amazing customer service i had with a wonderful staff member called Hifza. She assisted me and my twin into upgrading our cash account. She was really kind and sweet and made the processes quick and easy. Thank you so much Hifza for helping us you were really kind and helpful.

They are worse than before.
Cannot pay into the account if you are not named on it and long wait times and staff almost impossible to understand.
Really difficult to deal with and staff that could not care less.
They used to be good but long wait times and staff that could.not careless.
No coin sorting machine anymore and the list of things they don't do or can't do is longer than what they actually do.

Very bad customer service, (some of) the staff being impolite. The bank has very few employees on Saturday (around 4 last time I went, for 12 working stations), making it extremely unpractical for the busiest day of the week (difficult to go during the week as opening hours are until 5pm). Customers have been stated 3.5 to 4 hours of waiting time (& impossible to make appointments). The application process is also inefficient compared to other banks as they require more proofs of address for no reasons at all. They are however the only ones offering safe deposit boxes in the area

It's clear customer service is at the very centre of everything at Metro. Surely the only bank of choice.

Fresh meat cooked on charcoal! We had the mixed grill for 4 and souvlaki boxes and was divine! Lovely staff and super attentive as well! 5stars plus!

I'm waiting here for more than an hour and they didn't bother informing me at the first place. Such a waste of time just for opening a Bank account.
