Awful, unprofessional service. The manager of the store Kay is very unhelpful, rude and condescending. Definitely not a way to treat customers whatever the store policy is.

First time in this shop, they have a nice selection of toys/gadgets. I liked that there was some interactive stuff. It?s just quite expensive for what it is though.

Highly recommend it for buying a gift for a man, boy, or anyone who's a bit (or very) nerdy. Special thanks to the tall black man who although he was a bit shy, helped my son with his purchase.

Staff are very nice but their products are cheap and overpriced and don't last very long. Don't expect to buy anything from here that will work in 3 months' time or even one. They have an extremely strict return policy aswell. So, even if your item develops a fault after a while, make sure you have the receipt stashed somewhere, do not throw it away after you have bought an item, assuming it will work.

I love there collection. I often purchase toys and gadgets for my kid and myself. I found good quality toys mostly robots, cars, drones are quite good. Will recommend others to go, check and after that only decide.
