Went there last night with a friend, certainly not open 24/7 even as a drive-thru: the lights were on but nobody was in, despite us getting out and even knocking on the delivery window.

It's a McDonald's. We tend to use it as a pitstop. Usually pretty quiet with no queues.

Terrible service and complete disregard for customers!
This restaurant is an absolute disgrace! Last time I picked up my order and discovered at home that one burger was missing. I couldn?t return that day. The next day, I came back asking for my missing burger or a refund, and they rudely refused, saying I should have come back the day before. Is this even acceptable? Where?s the accountability? The service is nonexistent!
I tried calling the restaurant on the day of the incident ? of course, no one answered the phone. Yesterday, I decided to give them another chance and ordered takeout again. I checked the order on the spot ? and guess what? One burger was missing again! Is this some kind of joke? Only after expressing my frustration did they finally give me the missing burger, but by then, my mood was already ruined.
When I got home, the burger looked like it had been thrown together for livestock ? crooked, sloppy, and falling apart. It looked like it had been tossed around the kitchen before being packed. The fries were cold and completely unsalted. The wait time was ridiculous, even though my order was marked ?ready? on the screen. But when I approached, no one bothered to hand it over.
This is shameful for such a major chain! The food quality is one thing, but the service is rock-bottom. I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your money and sanity on this circus.
Fix your service or close down!

Popped in for breakfast this morning and whilst waiting for my order and the toilets. I watched a member of staff cleaning the toilet area with the same cloth he was wiping the tables with!!

Said that?s it?s open till 10 but closes dead on 9, it let me order on the app and put my order through despite the restaurant being closed, very disappointed
