I have visited this McDonald's a few times, and the food is ALWAYS luke warm at best. Doesn't seem to matter if they are busy or quiet, or even give you replacement food, it is STILL cold.

Went to this McDonalds at 3am and was met with hostility from a manager named Michael Durrinuton who has no customer service skills at all. I was waiting for my food for a very long time and asked kindly why this is taking something long to be me with aggression and anger I was shocked that this is taking place in McDonald?s. He went to the till and gave me a refund to no explanation at all and said he would not serve me after I asked nicely why is it taking so long. I do not expect this service from McDonald?s and would expect customers to be treated with respect. I?m very upset as this is the first time in using McDonalds in my whole life to be treated like this by a worker called Michael Durrinuton. Especially at McDonalds where it?s local for me to go and eat. Now I?m have to starve for the night. Unacceptable

It is weird that so many McDonald's and food is so different, there should be a standard I assume? At this place, unfortunately food is tasteless, fries are undercooked and not tasty at all, burgers are dry. Please have look into your technical standard and take an example from Bicester one.

Ordered a menu for takeaway and again there was missing items. Not the first time in this restaurant. I advise you to check your order for every item!

Avoid this Mcdonald at all costs. Use any other one in Milton Keynes. Orders incorrect, food quality and condition is so poor that I would question the food safety rating.
