Ordered a delivery from here and OH boy I wasted 50 minutes waiting for probably the worst order I?ve ever received from anywhere.
We ordered a mcplant, double Big Mac, a chicken and bacon wrap and a happy meal with a spare burger and every single item was entirely wrong.
Instead of a mcplant we received a ham burger in the box. For someone allergic to meat.
The double Big Mac was a single with barely any topping at all.
The happy meal was missing a cheese burger.
The wrap had no bacon.
The best of all ? The drinks were spilled everywhere and there wasn?t any chips except in the happy meal.
The entire order was completely wrong and most of it was cold when received.
I have no idea if there was a shift change over after we placed the order or the entire staff decided to collectively go on strike half way through. But whatever happened must of been a serious calamity for it to of gone so poorly for a relatively small order.
Absolutely abysmal and when I contacted the restaurant all they could say was contact Deliveroo we don?t have anything to do with it.
Except the part where they nearly hospitalised someone. That?s all on them.

7 o?clock in in the morning, 1 person serving and preparing food. Got the order wrong. Manager outside having a fag when went to complain.
I?m literally of the opinion of stopping using McDonald?s totally. It appears to literally be there to provide minimum wage jobs for branches that are franchised out. Taking money for selling below bog standard food, the staff are treated badly.

McDonald's... Usually busy here but to be expected as the Xscape has so many entertainment venues for kids including the Snozone, iFly and 4DX cinema within. The digital ordering screens seem to be temperamental and regularly don't accept payments but the front desk will happily take your order. The Xscape venues are card payments ONLY so be aware before you visit.
Parking: Plenty of parking in front or at the rear of the Xscape. Far more than you can wish for and I've never struggled to park at all.
Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's, the place kid be derelict and the kids will still want to go!
Wheelchair accessibility: Large automatic doors at the entrances with a large opening into McDonalds. We regularly see motorised wheelchairs in McDonald's and around the Xscape so accessibility has been very well thought out.

Disappointed today, i never knew it that i have to check my food before i going to home, was ordered cheeseburgers, fries, chicken salad, ice-creams and grilled chicken wrap, but came home and didn?t find my chicken wrap inside the bag, but money was paid.

Poor customer service: only ordered 2 drinks and they didn't seem bothered to issue them in a timely manner, saw the drinks had been poured but took a few minutes to be issued, with staff just talking to each other at 1 point. 1 drink was then spilled from being put roughly onto the counter and wasn't the Regular Coca Cola that I ordered, it was Diet or Zero. We were in a rush, so couldn't go back to get it corrected. The other drink was fine. l can't give feedback online directly to Mcdonalds UK, as per usual the self service machine again had run out of receipt paper so I don't have a 12 digit code for the feedback service.

Went for food late last night, doorman had obviously let the power go to his head a little.
We were very polite but he was very abrupt towards me and a friend.
Good was average at best, chips were vile.
