I am definitely not going anywhere else when looking for bed/mattress in the future, Dreams will be my only go-to place, doesn't matter if XYZ is cheaper.
I purchased a bed and a mattress 2 years ago from this store and it was already seamless service back then. Now recently, I had to make an insurance claim on the bed and the whole process completely exceeded my expectations, gosh that was smooth!! They then went above and beyond allowing me to pick a different bed that was slightly higher in price, and also were extremely flexible on delivery and assembly when I was let down TWICE by a carpet fitter. No fuss, no frills, no questions asked and no extra cost.”
