Huge thank you to Simmi and Jane , in the food hall / checkout area....I felt unwell as I was paying for my items at the checkout, Simmi was very kind helped me pack my items then she called Jane the first aider, who got me some water and stayed and sat with me to ensure I was ok , until I was able to move on. Thank you lovely ladies xx

I'm always disappointed with Marks and Spencer department stores these days. They seem to have lost their way. Whoever is running marks and Spencer's food halls, needs to run the whole business, because that's a great place to go to.

M&S cafe. A little expensive but then the food and cakes are nice so I guess you get what you pay for. Tidy. Clean. Reasonable amount of seating. Well done.

Only leaving 1 star because I cannot leave 0.
I came in for a suit fitting today. Admittedly I did have to rearrange my fitting time at last minute due to traffic.
But when I came into the store for the fitting, the taylor was totally oblivious to the change. I was then told he'd be 5 minutes and to look around in the meantime.
I made sure to stay in the suit area to see what was on offer. However during that time the taylor seemed more preoccupied with schmoozing with customers and talking about his other businesses in Dubai and golf.
After he was finished talking about golf I called after him and he tried to ignore me to get away. He then told me 'he couldn't find me' I am a fairly conspicuous individual at 6 foot with broad shoulders, but with his nose held so high in the air I'm sure that's why he 'didn't see me'as he put it.
He scurried off and palmed me off on another member of staff. However this employee called Luke was actually helpful in assisting me find my sizes.

Just wanted to say a huge shout out to Mark! Mark came over off his own accord and helped me and my partner on the self checkout on the ground floor on Friday 11th July and was genuinely the kindest, friendly and most attentive person! We both walked out of the store saying that we haven?t had service like that in the longest time and it certainly didn?t go unnoticed. The cherry on top of the interactive is that Mark helped us with our sparks card and we got 20% off which was fab! It was a ray of sunshine to meet Mark and I hope M&S know how valuable he is!

Terrible service, I was missinformed all the time when in shop. I was encouraged to spend money I did not have, when I went for a refund they refused to refund the card I used to purchase the items which is a John Lewis credit card (38% interest), they did not allow me to pay with my M&S Credit card claiming that they were under a cyber attack. I was chased by a security officer and asked to leave the shop. I still have 3 items to return and I am now afraid to step back into that shop. Furthermore when I was working for Milton Keynes City Council, situated over the road from m&s central Milton Keynes I was unable to use any vouchers or points. They do not tell anyone that you should access their WiFi when in store, which actually is never available while in the store. I am taking this to the Ombudsman
