Leaders is our letting company and I don?t recommend this to any one . They don?t deserve even one star. After viewing we had requested for the bath to be refitted, carpet to be changed and also the garden needed to be cleaned and therefore it was agreed then by Leaders.However, when we moved in the property Bath was not done, garden was not done, carpets were supposed to be changed due to health safety and hygiene purposes as I have a 5 months baby, is not being done due to some miscommunication from their end. I still agreed for at least carpets to be deep cleaned.i cleared them that do not have possession of the property at that time and it was discussed very clearly in the beginning before signing the contract that we will move in soon after everything is completed.I asked them could you please advise after all this why is my tenancy agreement starting from 19/10/2023 when i have still not moved in. I was not happy with this as the moving in has been delayed from their end. We paid the initial deposit and also subscribed No Deposit Residency membership.I asked them could you also advise in regards to my possession of the property as i was very much looking forward to this as i was travelling from Birmingham everyday and that was really become too hectic for me and my previous landlord was also expecting me to vacate the property by that week.They refused to help me for that and I moved in that in hygiene environment property. I moved with my husband and my 5 months son at 91 Quinton drive Bradwell Milton kynes on 4th of November. When we moved at this property nothing was working like heating wasn?t working, hot water wasn?t coming, cooking cooker wasn?t working, there are damp on walls. We have been in the property without these things around 3 to 4 days and then some engineer came and they try to fix that unfortunately they unable to fix all. Still there are some problems, heating not working and cooking cooker not properly working, Grass is too long in garden. They haven?t check anything before give home to us and this is letting company responsibility to check everything. When we said yes to this property, they gave us 19 th of October for move in and promised us to do all work by then however they haven?t done yet. On top up that, we moved in the property on 4th of November and they told us to pay rent from 19th of October as we signed the contract because we didn?t know that they haven?t done work in the property. My baby is suffering alot because of their unresponsive behaviour . Still things are not working properly in this property, can you provide me your manager Holy?s email address .They haven?t provide his number . Still there is long grass in garden and stinks very badly , we can?t open windows because of that. Bad organised company, poor communication between staffs

Extremely hard working and efficient guys working there. Bailey was our letting agent, and he is fantastic. He makes sure all our questions are answered and goes extra mile for the customers. Great job!

Happy to recommend leaders to others by giving 5 Star for the service provided by the entire team of Leaders Milton Keynes. Zain Ansari was the letting negotiator alloted for the property and was very much helpful from the starting till now. Also I would like to mention regarding the tentative time accuracy of 15 days which was mentioned by the leaders team, it was upto the mark that within 15 days itself we got the letting confirmation from the leaders. Lauren Goodyer (Lettings Manager) was also very much supportive in guiding things while I visited the Leaders office at Milton Keynes. Hats off to the team for all the fast response via Mail, call etc and expecting the same support throughout the tenency period.

Poor services, made an appointment for visiting a letting property with this agency at 17:30. we arrived there at around 17:15. Received a call from this agency at 17:30 and told us this property already not available! Wasting our time!

I recently rented my new flat with Leaders - their service and support was and is truly outstanding! Being brand new to my current area made it especially difficult, so I did have several questions; and all staff members were always and promptly available to answer to all my queries, kindly guided me through relevant processes like booking, references, renting, contract, inventory, and all was super streamlined. Thanks a million to all staff, especially to the wonderful and efficient Zain Ansari. I?m truly loving my new flat!

So me and my misses found the perfect house for us to move in as we need to size up as we have a toddler.When the estate agent showed us the house, we have noticed that one of the garages was full of furniture and landlords stuff, the annex was same, full of items that doesn?t belong to the house, the driveway was not finished, some slabs where just thrown there( not safe environment for my son),gate not working, they didn?t even bother to empty the trash bins? We clearly specified that we want everything removed as we want to use the entire space (thats the reason of moving!)We have been told by the agent that the landlord said its ok, he will do everything when he?s coming back from holiday.In this entire time(2 weeks) we kept calling and sending emails because they didn?t update us, they just wanted us to sign the contractWe paid the holding deposit and gave the notice to our current landlord, waited for the landlord to get the house ready, when yesterday we received a phone call saying ?unfortunately the landlord doesn?t agree to do anything, so he doesn?t want to proceed?So now we are left homeless with a 9 months old, have no where to go and low chances to find something acceptable in 15 days.We realised that the estate agent told us lies just to make us sign the contract, so they didn?t even inform the landlord what are our requirements, lied to us that he agreed while he didn?t even knew.Luckly we didn?t sign anything .Please avoid this company, is a total joke!1 star ?? is too much !
