Joyce!! Every time I come in here, she is so lovely and is always positive. Such an asset to Krispy Kreme!

Friday afternoon I ordered a large decaff cappuccino with an extra shot. I asked for no chocolate and for the drink to be hot. There was no one else waiting and only 1 couple sat in the shop. How hard can it be to get right. 1st time came with chocolate then not hot when I eventually took my order away I'm sure the extra shot isn't in it as just tastes like milk. I gave 1 star as not possible to give a zero

The place is nice and new, the seating is good and the service is also good.
Problem is: the donuts are TOTALLY INSIPID.
Honestly, they only taste like sugar and artificial colouring.
You cannot distinguish one donut from another, albeit for the cream or jam that it has
I refuse to spend more money here and any other Krispy Kreme for that matter, totally not worth it.

Krispy Kreme is okay. I think the rise in prices are a bit of a put off but that goes for many other places too. I would say almost £3 per doughnut is now a slight shock so, I got the 6box (mixed) that came to £13.99 and 1 kids fruitshoot £2.50. A lovely treat (won't be happening often) quality of products are great as usual and a veriaty of choices which made it abit of fun with all the festive choices.Kid-friendliness: Kids obviously welcome and highchairs available. Kids choices also available such as drink options.

Everything is a bit dull in this shop. Donuts are supposed to be sweet and happy food. But from presentation to service to ambience is all dull at this place.
