I ordered a large katsu curry, and usually they are okay with the portions, but this time they barely put any chicken inside, I asked why is the portion so small and barely any meat, they look at me like I'm the idiot and I got it wrong. Very disappointed how they take advantage of people here. They upcharge you got everything here, but skim on the portions as if we don't notice it. Please sort this out, because it's very scammy.

We ordered the ?All Salmon Love Set?, had purchased this previously at other Kokoro locations. The food firstly had an odd odour to it, the small bits of only salmon had an usual taste to it along with the same odour. The pieces of around 4 including salmon and rice had the same unusual taste to all of them. The sushi itself was okay and came with extra pieces of caviar although the rice felt quite unpleasantly rubbery and sticky and the salmon was chewy on a few pieces of salmon. Along with that the green mochi had a very unpleasant odour to it as if it was old.
Overall the food was okay but tasted old and seemed as if it had been kept there since morning and we bought it in the afternoon, either caused by the warm weather, which shouldn?t realistically affect the food given it?s kept in a fridge-like selection, or it was lower quality as this would never be an issue with the Kokoro location we most frequently visit and this was an unpleasant surprise to encounter.

Sometimes I wake up at 3am at night and krave kokoros katsu curry.Honestly way better option than most Asian food places in Milton Keynes .Portion sizes are huge and affordable .4/10

I didn't like that they served very little food compared to others I've been to, I myself was watching the person who was serving me serving me very little.

Well I rated the food one stars but that?s generous considering I didn?t even get any! If any one else can relate to this issue I wouldn?t be surprised as I went to order a vegetarian dish after I saw the vegan guyoza on the menu and when I asked for it they said they don?t do any vegan things?

i am a pescatarian and saw they had a vegetarian option on the menu and when i tried to order it i was told they don?t sell it , so i then asked for sushi as i cannot eat meat , the person who was taking my order refused to make it to me and ask some other workers and they also refused. As someone who is on medication and can only eat during certain times of the day i think this is disgusting as i then couldn?t eat until the next 4 hours i am very unimpressed with the service here and will not be coming again.

Love Kokoro; hate their delivery through Deliveroo. More often than not the driver refuses to deliver. Please use a different service because I'm not using deliveroo again.

Ordered the sweet chili chicken and was thoroughly disappointed. The chicken was incredibly bland, with barely any seasoning, and it was dry to the point of being tough to eat. There was no hint of the sweet or chili flavors that I expected. Overall, it was a flavorless and unsatisfying dish. Definitely not something I would order again.

Wow! I just visited this fast food restaurant for the first time. It's delicious!
If you don't like spicy food, say no to the curry sauce (because they didn't ask me if I wanted it). It's not hot, it's just hard to digest for me, but I taste good anyway.
This definitely won't be the last time... One day, if I don't want to cook at home or I'm on the rush, I'll be back!

I don?t think I?ve tried Katsu chicken curry as good as the one from Kokoro. It?s on another level. Great portions, delicious food. I go for their Katsu chicken curry or their Sweet Chilli chicken. It can?t be replicated, there?s something unique about how Kokoro make their Sweet chilli sauce. Highly recommended

Today at roughly 3:40pm more or less I stood and waited at the till to be served by a staff member which ignored me when I walked in and proceeded to do other tasks which seemed to be unnecessary at the time. I waited for 10 minutes until I was even noticed by the young woman.

Fed up with their bullshit! Every time I order Chicken Teriyaki from them, I mean EVERY TIME! They always run out!!! FFS! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
