the service from the 2 Indian lady was perfect i order 6 pieces of chicken with fries no legs the 2 Indian lady told the 2 African who put everything together i connect do they take what we served i could hear playle what she said i thought costumer service comes first i would like to make a complaint when i got home my wife said there is 2 gels in the box i explain no legs i am going to complain to the head office who is in charge or if i don't get a good answer i will be going further my daughter knows the laws that is what she is studying for please make sure that everyone who goes to that KFC knows everything thanks

Every time we order on uber eats part of our order is missing. The last 5 orders we had to get refunds and our meal was ruined. I won't use westcroft milton keynes kfc again. Crap terrible service

Argued about giving me my change an took n attitude when I asked for it unfortunately my food was just chucked in the box the young lady was very rude on the other hand the second young lady was polite n apologied it's wasn't her fault but she remained kind ?

I ordered zinger burger and 2 zinger wings instead they gave me burger a chips which I had order and I was in a rush I only noticed these when I was at work there is no way I was going to go back

I wouldn't have given this not for kgc but the get up to get it delivered it asked me to verify my telephone number 9 times which I did but would not continue gave up in the end
Also tried calling the restaurant but got no reply

Unbelievable!!! 10 piece bargain bucket consisted of 6 drumsticks? max 4 would have been acceptable. This is making us mugs!! Will never use again & next time when ordering im going to open the buckets and check before leaving!

The worst KFC possible in UK. Have ordered food online and we haven't received everything from our order. Tried to contact the KFC multiple times, no response, and In the end got disconnected.

Food is ok. Getting your correct order can also be frustrating as the staff either don?t listen or don?t understand what you want. Also, Google advise they are open till 11:00 pm. I have gone to the drive through on a couple of occasions now around 10:00pm and they have already shut so either the Google needs updating or the store needs investigating.
