The Burger was slapped together.
No soap in toilets.
No hand sanitiser in dispenser.
The staff barely have an understanding of any English.

Oh boy ?
Friendly front staff, terrible kitchen / food.
1. Stop being cheap and change your oil. Either it?s that or you?re cooking the wings for far too long. Heartburn season by the second wing!
2. Why so many flats, make the bucket even.
3. 6 drums and 13 flats equals 19 wings, did the 20th fly away?
Look and ingredients the same as any other KFC but the standards of the chicken is where you tell a franchise apart and there was me disappointed with the central branch so I decided to try this one. I should?ve gone home and curried up 2 chicken with rice and peas.
The only thing in your favour is the friendlier front staff than the city branch.
You out side of major city cuntry branches SMH. Do better!

By far the worst KFC in Milton Keynes. Non existent customer service. I have never encountered such rubbish service at any KFC. I have been here 3 times, and every single time without fail they forgot something. I couldn't even understand the staff member at the drive through. Never ever again will I order from here. Shocking...I understand things get missed from time to time. But 3 times in a row. Ridiculous. If you want a decent KFC then go to Towergate or Stacey Bushes.

Absolute thieves...beware! I would give them zero star. This KFC stole £9.99 off me. I placed an order through the kiosk, paid for it using my card. Waiting for my food for a while, so I went to chase up, and they said I haven't paid for my order! Even though I showed them confirmation from my bank app that £9.99 has been paid. They told me I need to pay again! Obviously I didn't and I walked out with no food. No way I am going to this KFC again and I urge people to be aware of these scammers

KFC are now always a disappointment. Not the staffs fault but the only drink without sweeteners is Water and Tropicana that tastes like the stuff you bought frozen and reconstituted. The ice cream machine is often broken and on this occasion the self service boards were not working. This meant that, because of the lack of paper menus, you had to rely on squinting at the ever changing screens so it took (with my poor eyesight) about 10 minutes to order. The limited communication skills of the server left me utterly exhausted and extremely frustrated. I imagine that just turning up for work is enough to qualify as customer service training. This branch does not serve large gravy so you have to order two small pots. Using the app gives you more information about what each bucket/box/combo contains. Seems like everything has been done by KFC corporate to limit choice and ostracise the customer whilst streamlining the money taking process.

Big queue at the drive through so shows it popular, clean a tidy inside playing so great tunes. Much better than the one at Westcroft.

I ordered a meal then by the time I got home, opened the box and the top of the burger was missing, the rest was honestly burnt and hard. I tried calling the store, but which was no answer. Then emailed customer support who gave me a voucher which didn't even cover the cost of a replacement meal! And not entitled to a refund. They give vouchers as a token of goodwill. Yet I find it hard to believe any goodwill of not covering the cost of the meal is not in good will by any stretch!
Poor food and even worse customer support!

Lovely as always, can't fault kfc. I don't think I've ever had a bad one yet staff very friendly but had a little language barrier and had trouble understanding apart from that was great ?
