Really helpful team of staff. We're able to sort out my tyres efficiently, answering my questions and reassuring my wife and I. Thank you.We had a safe homeward journey back to Portland, Dorset, all be it, through appalling weather conditions and diversions due to accidents. The car handled really well, and we felt safe throughout our journey.

I had a slow puncture and walked in without an appointment and was sorted within an hour, despite the place being obviously busy (special thanks to Mike for fitting me in!). Would use again and would absolutely recommend to anyone

Always feel a bit hesitant going into garages without my partner as I feel I may get ripped off being a female with no clue about cars/tyres. But a guy called Byron helped me out and put me at ease.. he checked my tyres and tracking and reassured me my tyres were fine and tracking was out slightly.. there was no pressure on me but I decided that I wanted to go ahead with doing the tracking. Highly recommend and will definitely be a return customer.

Needed a new tyre, visited the Bletchley site and employee told me to come back after an hour. Returned after an hour and was informed that it would not be possible, its so apparent that the staff here are uneducated and clearly raised without any manners. Why tell someone to return after an hour? Just say no initially. As i left, the rude guy in glasses also decided to use racial profanity towards me.

Low tyre pressure warning came on Wednesday late afternoon. Ordered the tyre that came on Thursday morning as promised and had it put on with no hassle - no drama. Lovely team and great customer service. Only thing I didn?t get was a big tub of what looked like a strawberry jam in the washroom??.Thanks again team
