we were served in the Tech Support department today with an iPhone 16e, we paid for the transfer of all the information, my husband's old phone wasn't charging and only had 12% charge. The lady in tech support was amazing and managed to transfer all the information. the gentleman that advised on the phone was really good too. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't oversell. just wanted to highlight exceptional customer service.
Very impressed with the store overall, great brands and choice.

Why can I not call John Lewis Milton Keynes direct - they?re not returning my Wife?s calls as promised and I want to speak to the store manager - their Call Centre just cuts me off when I ask to speak to a Supervisor - and their chat bot drops off immediately it thinks it?s answered my question (which it hasn?t) - this is NOT the John Lewis it was, simply dreadful Customer Service

Sent my partner to John Lewis Milton Keynes to buy some bbq skewers, checked that they had them in stock on their website,. Anyway she came back without them after they said they dont have them out and wouldnt get them (i know its febuary, but still).

I visited the Milton Keynes branch recently as I needed some new clothes for an interview.
I found the staff in the mens section to be a great help and honest with their opinions when asked about my choices.
I really do appreciate that, rather than pandering to me just to get a sale.
I also visited the cafe for a croissant and a coffee, it's nice and reasonably priced.

I have been personally served by Jean at John Lewis Milton Keynes on two occasions, and her outstanding customer service truly deserves recognition.
The first time, my daughter needed a bra fitting for a special occasion. She was very nervous and self-conscious, but Jean went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. She showed incredible patience, care, and professionalism, ensuring my daughter?s needs were met with the correct duty of care. It made a world of difference to us, and I was so grateful for her kindness.
The second time, I was shopping for a bra to wear with my wedding dress. I didn?t have an appointment, but Jean once again went out of her way to help me. This was during the busy Christmas period, close to closing time on a late-night shopping evening, yet she remained completely unfazed. She took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed, providing the same exceptional level of care and expertise.
Jean is a credit to John Lewis. Her dedication, warmth, and professionalism make a real impact on customers, and she truly deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provides. Thank you ?????

Anastasia at the NARS counter was extremely helpful and she was quick and efficient with helping me find the perfect shade. As a dark skin girl it?s often difficult to find the correct shade match especially from a person who is not of colour however she was spot on.

Having had a baby just over a year ago I?ve found it hard to find myself, the right clothes etc.
I popped in today I didn?t get the ladies name sadly and Had a bra fitting I?m not body Confident at all post baby but the lady made me feel really comfortable and found the right products. She listened to the thinks I did and didn?t like ajd I left with three comfortable fitting bras.
Such a lovely lady and the customer service was truly brilliant!

no customer care and left disappointed and frustrated.
I have been trying to decide between two types of kindles so came in to this store to compare. Was ignored as staff chat and laugh with each other so I wait to ask for some assistance. He tells me they don?t get charged and ?it?s not necessary to see the screen on a kindle?. after me trying to explain how very necessary it is (choosing between a kindle and a paperwhite BECAUSE of the screen differences) i?m told i?m wrong and it?s this way because kindle don?t pay them to display - wouldn?t let me say/ask anymore.
came all the way in to here from st albans just for that, expecting to leave with my kindle, and instead left feeling frustrated that i wasn?t listened to and extremely disappointed.
Wouldn?t go to john lewis for tech, will have to look elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience trying to return an expensive bath robe that was of very poor quality. Frayed and knap rubbing off after being worn once. We washed it out of embarrassment, having worn it. The till person refused the return as they found a damp spot that hadn't fully dried. The item was faulty, not unwanted. It was unusable, not resellable. It was an hour round trip and we only wanted to exchange. The woman made my wife feel embarrassed to be returning what was a rubbish faulty item. The jlp woman tried to pretend thisntype of robe was never returned usually, that we had washed it with something that caused it, when on review, the jlp website shows the item gets 3 stars and people have subsequently complained of exactly the same problem; and the robe on display had the same issue.

Poor service, my coffee machine has been in for repair and has been returned but is still not functioning properly, they have told me to contact the company and deal with it myself I pointed out that the problem is still the same and I bought it from them, I have to take it back to the store that is miles away or phone the manufacturer. They will not get involved they will only put me in touch with the manufacturer to deal directly ??? very disappointed
