Excellent service by Tooba, she has been friendly and supportive through the service, we had an issue with our order which was dealt with utmost care. The glasses were replaced and also attention was given to fitting as well. Cant wait to come back again, highly recommended.

Purchase a pair of glasses, however have been unable to contact them via phone which is very frustrating ?, Why have a number which is not manned???? Very poor

Really helpful staff. My husband broke his glasses and they were out of warranty and the optician spent ages looking for another pair that would fit his existing lenses that wouldn't cost a fortune. He didn't have to do that, Super Star.

Excellent service from very friendly and knowledgeable staff.The practice is right up to date and has all the latest eye examination equipment to look after your eye health.Also a great selection of frames inc high end designer and contact lens service as well,Highly recommended.

My visit to John Lewis Opticians has been exceptional and they have an amazing range of prescription glasses and sunglasses.The optometrist was so professional and the eye examination included OCT at no extra cost.I would highly recommend John Lewis Opticians.
