Josie attended to us. She was kind, polite, attentive, patient and had a bubbly personality. We left feeling satisfied and happy that we had made the right decision. “Yesterday I approached the lovely Sasha for her help with finding an outfit for my birthday. She was wearing really cool cargo style jeans and the store are selling some nice black cargos at the minute which I thought looked comfy. I needed some tips on what I could wear on the top half with those trousers and Sasha said she had an idea for me but it was a garment off the sales floor, so she went to grab it for me. I saw it and I liked it - it was colourfully patterned with hues of red/deep orange and green. She also brought with her a few other items for me to try on. I then went into the changing rooms and Sasha came to knock my door to let me know she’d be finishing her shift soon & she’d found a few more items for me, but I showed her my finished outfit with the chosen bodysuit before she left and she hyped me up - she was so cute. And also wished me happy birthday, bless her. Sasha is a credit to quiz and deserves every pat on the back she can get. I’ve worked in retail CSA roles and kept working hard until I moved onto Head operations and looked after Regions. Sasha has that spark and rapport which could get her there too. “Ignore Demo Oyyah's review.. I was the customer being helped by the 2 members of staff and they tried to start a conversation with the staff just as they were about to use the piercing gun... Talk about impatient and rude customers! Thankfully they left as the staff said it straight to them that they are currently helping us.

And now onto the main review. I took my 7 month old daughter in to get her ears pierced, and the service I received from Elsie (I think I managed to read her name badge correct) was fantastic. Considering she looks so young herself, she made me and my daughter feel completely at ease, and didn't get flustered at all, explaining the process really well and not being phased by rude customers interrupting us.

The colleague who helped her was also brilliant and explained the after care well.

“Good experience busy store queuing outside and friendly staff member writing down your orders before you join the queue to be served at the counter saving customer waiting times great idea.Lovely store and friendly staff sadly, apart from one staff member with short black spike hair let's the store down! She needs to attend a customer care service course, miserable and I feel she shouldn't be in retail doesn't have the right temperament for the job and doesn't talk to the customers apart from selling items this is every time I've visited the store.Sorry I felt I had to drop a star for this comment otherwise it would have been 5 ? from Karen, Bletchley”
