The staff are lazy and rude, we walked out in the end and found the same trainers on line for nearly £30 cheaper.

Only 2 people on the till on a busy Saturday and on the other hand they are around 12 staff hanging around doing nothing some of them are on their phone. Employing kids without a proper training

Very bad experience We have faced in the shop. We went there to buy shoes for my daughter. They were not listening when we called them. We had to call them 4 times to get the shoes in right size. They took a good approx 30 min to get the shoes and then what shoes was in right size the sale person sent back the shoes and when we asked for it she said I AM SORRY I AM NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE MY SPOT. Extremely annoying service. People in store don?t listen and pay attention to customer. Worst shop ever. Nicer going back here.

Today we took a family trip to jd?s MK to buy my son?s (14) Christmas presents intending of spending several hundreds of pounds,
We entered the store to a full on disco without lights and the music was at such a level you couldn?t concentrate.
I said to one of the sales team (I DJ parties & booked to DJ new years)
But this music is too loud & we old folk with the ££££ have come to shop in my case for a 14 year old who equally couldn?t cope with the unnecessary loud volume of music.
We asked if it could be turned down and was told no.
This needs to be addressed bad choice from the management.
I left the store and then spent £xxx at jd?s MK1 who had in house music at an acceptable level.

Genuinely the worst shop you can go in. The service is awful, it takes forever to get shoes to try on and god-forbid someone smile at you, ask if they can help or even answer remotely polite.
If it didn?t have a good selection of trainers I would never step foot in here again.
They need to hire people that actually care about customer service and want to work there.
And they need to fix the shoe section. Today I waited 20 minutes for one pair of shoes! This is very common in here.

Visited today to purchase some Nike for running and felt very uncomfortable due to staff. Staff was almost following me around the shop and left me feeling very awkward. Needless to say I will go to the Nike shop in London and not visit this shop again

Very helpful staff especially the young woman who helped me order my shoes online, because there wasn?t any of the 10.5 available in the shoe I wanted at the time was a pleasure.

Long wait for online order not once but every time. Colleagues never bother to look Never asked if customers need help as waiting on counter for long time. They are always busy in chatting with each others.

Consistently the worst customer service in any given high street. Surley young staff make you feel unwelcome. So bad it's actually funny. Some are OK, but very rarely.

Terrible customer service, staff are very rude and not very helpful. I think a lesson in customer service is desperately needed for this store. I was about to go and pay for a pair of trainers but decided not to buy them from this store in the end and took my money elsewhere due to the poor experience. Just a tip but don't start kissing your teeth when customers are asking for help. Will not purchase from this shop again.

asked to see if their was a possibility of a size 9 the guy was about to scan it but didn?t bother and said that everything is out , maybe it was but didn?t hurt to check if he was that far along .
worst part was after i did pick my item their was 3 staff members at till yet only 1 was serving and the others were doing something else for some reason when they could see one colleague was dealing with a large amount of clothes , one colleague first went away from tills after serving a customer (was their for a while )then the women stayed at tills folding clothes then she went as well and a que was building with only one staff member present while that staff member was dealing with the large order
