The staff are do friendly and helpful, the hot chocolates are phenomenal and it's such a nice place meet with friends.
Kid-friendliness: The eat in space isn't particularly big, most of the staff are really welcoming to small kids, but we have had one comment that made us think all the customers were quiet adults!!

Delicious hot chocolate, a real treat on a Saturday afternoon.I had the salted caramel and clementine hot chocolate, and the cocoa whip is a must have.The cafe is always busy but the staff are wonderful.

Best chocolate milkshake I've had but the service was not great. Left my mum who has to use a walker while I went to the bathroom and even though there was no other customers and 2 members of staff behind the counter within viewing distance of our table they couldn't bring it to the table my mum had to limp over and collect it.

I adore Hotel Chocolat's coffee and ice-cream, but it's disappointing that during my visits, I consistently had to clean the tables myself due to a shortage of staff members.Parking: You can park outside of the shop.Wheelchair accessibility: The shop isn't huge, but it's wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for all customers.
