There is an east asian lady who works here who has ignored me completely while I?m asking for help while visiting the store twice now. I will ask very politely, but audibly enough but she will look right through me. I saw her walk up to another customer to help so I worry this maybe be because I?m of a south asian descent. She seemed like a new immigrant and I was once one, but this is unacceptable and I hope H&B can provide better diversity training, or hire people who value it.

I?ve normally had lovely experiences myself shopping in this store but today I witnessed something that has put me off. For me all the staff have always been super helpful but a male worker (was about 3ish this afternoon) was incredibly rude, laughing and shaking his head to a lady who had her own things going on and was clearly flustered just trying to get things for her pregnancy. She wanted to partake in the offer and find products that would work for her however rather than explain the offer simply and clearly he just shook his head in his hands and laughed.
Sometimes written words aren?t easy to process for what ever reason so when someone?s asking a member of what?s meant to be (and normally for me though I?ve never interacted with this man before) an explanation of the offer you don?t expect to be laughed at and mocked for doing so.
It?s put me off coming into your store for my essentials and I?m now considering else where or just using your online service instead purely because no person should have to me mocked and humiliated in that way. And credit to the lady who served me next to him as she stayed so calm and stepped in to explain the offer to this poor lady who just wanted some help understanding what can be a confusing offer and what products would be good for her.

We bought a lot of things from H&B a couple months ago, there are two items in one package gone missing and one shampoo in the other package was leaking .we contacted with online service but no one has done anything so far . Very disappointed

I have been in there recently to look for weight loss pastas and weight loss replacements to carbs , and they have a fair amount of weight loss pastas, spaghetti and noodles. They also have flavoured pastas (vegetable flavours) so I brought some and I couldn't wait to try it!! I'm happy that I have had access to this store for these items ?

Very poor online experince. order ready to collect in milton keynes 5 days later than communicated. No one able to tell me where my order is or able to do anthing about it like a refund until it is 3 days late.

Went the other day for the first time, and the staff was very helpful they showed me the item I was looking for after I showed them a picture; created a loyalty account loved the digital screen which allows customers to type their own name and personal details. Overall it was to be there

Since moving from Canada I?ve been going to holland and Barrett for all of my vitamins, hair care, and skin products. This location in particular has some passive and rude staff. There was probably only one employee here so far who has been kind enough to tell me about the student discount and he?s also a kind employee. Everyone else has been rude. I don?t understand why a place like holland and Barrett would have such a strict return policy. People go to a store like this often because they?re sensitive to a lot of things and it takes trial and error to find the right product. Even when I?ve needed to return unused and unopened products to this location the staff act as though I?m committing a crime. I also get followed in the store sometimes I?ve noticed by staff. Overall I just hate this location but need vitamins so that?s the only reason I go there. Holland and Barrett needs to do something about the return policy on opened products. People should be able to return products within reason if they?re unsatisfactory.

One of the assistants was very helpful, when my friend and I were looking for the best probiotic offers on their shelves. They went out of their way to show us where the items on offer were on other shelves.When I couldn't find my H&B card, they were happy to add the points onto my friend's card instead.
