Visited recently with my partner, had some great collections; But the attitude of the lady staff was very frustrating. She needs to be trained to treat all customers equally. Very unpleasant experience but still we bought some pieces.

Today both myself and my mother went for a personal shopping with Heidi for my daughter?s wedding.
We both went not having a set style or colour in mind however we both knew what we liked or didn?t like.
The dresses that both myself and my mum brought was not what we would have even tried on .
Heidi knew what would suit us more than we knew ourselves.
I am delighted with my outfit and can?t wait for the wedding .
I know my mum feels the same.
In with the personal shopping we was given a glass of processco.

I?m a little late posting this but as I now have my shoes and bag I?m putting my outfit all together. Hobbs is not a shop I have really been into before. I don?t have one local but I will go again. Heidi from the MK branch helped me no end. I cannot thank her enough. Keeping my usual nightmare shopping for a dress very stress less. We even had a giggle with my husband sat outside the changing rooms. Thank you Heidi really appreciated

Steph in Centre MK was brilliant! She could not have been more attentive. She helped with dress sizings (including the petite range which I opted for) and advice on accessories. She explained about alterations and different options and really helped me to choose a dress for my daughter's wedding which made me feel posh but also comfortable. Cannot recommend enough and I'm so glad I walked into Hobbs today ?

Stef at the MK shop has been more than helpful in my Mother of the Groom dress search. Also very pleased to see the petite range in store. I'm 5ft 6in but the regular maxi dresses are too long for me. Wouldn't have considered the dress I've bought otherwise.
