The Staff Take Ages To Serve You At The Till As They Just Talk To Each Other. The Other Thing Is Email Receipts The Staff Ask You For Your Email Which I Don't Like And The Staff Just Look Funny At You Because You Just Ask For A Paper Receipt Instead.

Small but packed with lots of cd's, tshirt, posters, mystery boxes and merch. There's even turntables and speakers.

Been going to this store for years, it's really good and I highly recommend going.
If you are neurodivergent i highly recommend coming when the store is just opening. Because of the summer heat and the interior is mostly black the store can become very hot and uncomfortable, especially when there's a lot of people inside. The store also does live performances from DJs to small bands, it does get loud inside the store especially where the tills are because that's usually where the performers are situated. If you are sensitive to loud sounds, I again recommend coming early.

Had an amazing experience whilst shopping today, went in to grab a few items and after browsing ended up getting more ?
But this great experience is due to the lovely woman who served us: Renn, she was so bubbly and friendly and her knowledge on the terrifier franchise was refreshing and not many people want to talk about it ? not only that but she offered a tote bag, but, with her own personalised style to it which was the cutest thing, we got our own distinguished gentleman (dog with monocle) and it is a one of a kind.
Basically we will definitely be returning (and Renn deserves a raise)

Bought a Funko Pop! Kuromi figure. Renn served me and was absolutely lovely to me and my grandma. I asked for a tote bag, which she instantly got for me and recommended her personalised christmas 'Buddy the Elf' tote bag. It was super cute! Renn deserves all the praise, she also had the coolest nails and makeup! ?

Whenever I go to this store. 90% I get what I want plus extra. Decent prices and excellent products. Also the customer service is excellent.
