The website and store stock manager don't match up. Staff seem upset to be asked a question.
Always a queue for the till even though they have self service (one machine is out of order).

Worst design possible in a store. (And this happens in the majority of this stores) WHY?
2 levels however only 2 cash registers that makes the queue for half of the store. And also the cashiers are working with the snail speed. It?s customer service, it should be fast and reliable especially when busy.

Great selection of clothes and a big store. However the staff (the unbothered teenagers who just stare at you and don?t want to help at all except by hiding in their groups talking about customers and not actually doing anything) are so offputting I avoid the store. I needed assistance at the check out and visibly watched a young girl giggle and argue with another boy about who had to serve me, only to finally come over and say ?YES?!? after I didn?t respond, she finally must have realised she was talking to a customer and went on to say ?what do you need help with? even though it was clearly on the screen. Whoever is training these people needs to do a better job, and think twice about hiring teenagers who don?t want to actually work or help anyone. I?m sure there are people out there who deserve to get paid and would provide an actual form of friendly service

Poor customer service. Made 10 people wait over 15 minutes to check out then decided to open the self check out. Employees seemed they could not be bothered.

Very friendly staff, shop was clean, as it was a really hot day yesterday (11th June) the shop was well ventilated and cool. I prefer this one to the one in Central MK.
