I was in cmk for work and walking past noticed the sharp display window and thought I'd pop in for a browse!
I was helped by a chap called Nathan?* Who helped me with looking for a suit suitable for my wedding next (and that I could potentially use for work functions! xD).
He was polite, addressing my ignorant questioning about pairing colours, shoes and potential combinations and was happy to lay out the suit with shirt, tie and pocket square combinations so I could see the pull picture. The experience made me feel that service was prioritised over service and in the space of 10 minutes it firmed up my decision to go back to Hawes and Curtis to get my suit for the big day!

Went in a few stories initially to look for a suit. This was the only one where a member of staff approached me to help ( Cathleen I think ) and didn't look at me weird, so I decided to come back to this store after looking in a few others. Got a very nice suit now, tailored. Craig was both very professional, friendly and accommodating.

If i could offer more than 5 stars, i would.
The team are always friendly and approachable each time i come in to browse.
They went above and beyond on service in helping me choose the right suit for an occasion, they recommended a complimentary shirt, tie, pocket square and shoes too.
The cherry on top was the personal tailoring of the suit to my requirements. I will definitely be a returning customer.

We happened across this shop whilst shopping in Milton Keynes, and what an understated gem it is. Fantastic service and staff. Aidan was incredibly knowledgeable, and gave great advice. We left with an incredible suit, and very happy smiles. We would highly recommend a visit.

Outstanding service every time!
My husband has bought 4 suits from Hawes Curtis MK and the staff could not be more helpful and knowledgeable about their products. James in particular is amazing! Wonderfully friendly, helpful and professional. Would highly recommend!

Had some problems with lengths etc and he was always happy to get me back to sort it out etc
