We recently visited Harvester and had an incredibly disappointing experience. After driving 30 minutes to get there, we arrived at 9 PM, expecting to have a meal since Google clearly lists the restaurant as open until 10 PM. However, when we got there, we were told that the kitchen had already closed at 9 PM.
This was extremely frustrating and felt like a complete waste of time. If the kitchen closes at 9 PM, the listed operating hours should reflect that. Misleading customers with incorrect information is unacceptable.
We hope Harvester updates their hours accurately to avoid causing inconvenience to others in the future.

Taken to a table quickly.
Waitress Liz was helpful and friendly, sadly didn't see her after
Food and drink order taken .
Service then dropped
Took ages for food to arrive, which was overcooked .
Noone asked if food was OK.
I advised a waiter walking passed food was awful.
Rejected twice.
Bill arrived.
Expected to pay full price
I queried, and only then did I get a reduction of one meal.

Really good service. Liz was super efficient and very friendly. Food was excellent. Only slight complaint - my flat white coffee could have done with being hotter.

We visited quite late at night, just to cheer us up. My nan had just passed away. We ordered only desserts and they were lovely. Staff were lovely. We were seated straight away and they moved the chair for my wheelchair and chose a table I could navigate from! Super impressed! Great job :)

First and last time I'd ever go to a Harvester, which is disappointing as I had heard good things about this chain.
The food was disgusting and the servers kept trying to deliver mains about 2 mins after the starters, which is not good. We asked for some time to enjoy the starters and we kept being hassled "are you ready yet", "are you ready yet"!
Had the sausage medley and the texture/consistency of the sausages was gross.
Never again!

I went there for a Christmas meal with my spouse, organised for a group of twenty two people. It was busy and we were ushered to our tables, about ten minutes later than booked. That is understandable but then the service of taking our orders took quite a while, but worse was, when one of us received his food after everyone else had finished eating. Yes there appeared to be a staffing issues on the night and the staff tried to be helpful, polite and generally professional. However considering how poor the service of our food was (although the food was good, tasty and well cooked), we were rushed out of the restaurant with one of the staff being unhelpful and unfriendly.

Always go here if we are staying at the hotel . Make sure to book all the meals you want as it is very busy
