Very professional service from Amir and Eric at Halfords Bletchley. Only went in to get a headlight bulb for my Mini One and ended up getting a free 10 Point Vehicle Health Check!! Would definitely highly recommend Halfords Bletchley!

Too much waiting either or ordering neither if its for prepaid collection.Every time when I comes they handle the till with one person. Too disappointing and the people who waiting in the queue say the same.

I went into your store and regretted stepping into the floor. I have never been humiliated as I did this. I was called a liar by one of your staffs who all members of staff refused to provide his name. So end it all after paying for the service and wipers changed I was asked to leave the shop. This was a bitter experience for me and will be putting in a complaint. It should have been a Zero star rating

Long queue with 1 person doing their best to serve so I went to the other 'Pay Here' counter where there was a member of staff stocking some bike parts - and I put my purchase on the counter. The guy then said 'can I help you' - thought it was obvious but I said yes please, I'd like to pay. He simply asked me to go back to the front pay desk - no explanation, no apology. So I said there was a big quere there with only 1 staff member. He then decided that his card reader wasn't working and pointed vaguely under the desk but not at the till - again, no apology. So I re-joined the now-longer queue with just the single server while the 'stocker-guy' continued to ignore the long queue of customers waiting to pay. As I left, it dawned on me that the stocker-guy didn't actually ask me how I wanted to pay or offer to take a cash payment. Oh dear - you just lost a customer.

20 minute queue for pre booked appointment for battery fitting. Battery fitted quickly but all sorts of warnings flashing up. Went back in the store, but 5 people in the queue and no sign of it moving. Tried to ring them but no one answers the phone. Booked in to a garage tomorrow to sort out the warnings. Very disappointing, will not use again.

Halfords is the best bike store for both bikes and repairs. The staff at the Bletchley centre were very helpful in building a bike I recently purchased. Halfords combines quality and affordability, which is rare these days. Highly recommended.

Poor service. I brought in a bike for repair and was told it couldn?t be done today. When I asked to book in-store, I was told it had to be done online. No alternatives, no effort to help. If this were my business, I?d try to find a solution. Clearly, customer service isn?t a priority at Halfords.
