Just beware that cost of each bulb replacement includes a fitting charge of £10 per bulb. I was advised by Halfords staff, "best to replace both dipped headlamp bulbs and not just faulty bulb". There was another bulb at rear of Car that needed replacing and so total fitting charge for 3 bulbs was £30 for 10 minutes work. I did not realise until checking receipt when I arrived Home and thought the bulbs were expensive due to branded manufacturer. I raised this problem with Halfords and they ignored that I had not been advised of fitting charge and just focused on £10 fitting charge being competitive. Also, Halfords did not reply to my second E mail. A shame, as I have always shopped at Halfords until now.

It was a pleasure to meet Conor at Milton Keynes Halford. He paid a great attention to the issues I had with my bicycle. He explained me what was best and I had happily followed his very professional advice. He checked my bicycle and repaired it. I am very happy to get back for a ride. Thank you , Conor

Cancelled an order, so I could make another with a quicker turnaround (needed sooner). The re-order failed on their website but the payment went through - they were unable to return the money sooner than 3-5 days or fulfil my order.
Frustrating customer service experience - nobody in the whole process (phone, email, web chat etc) would give any assistance other than 'we'll give your money back eventually'.
Have always had a good in-shop experience with Halfords, but they have clearly just outsourced all their customer services to overseas and with that, any level of quality or actual customer assistance.

Oh my where to start with the disaster a simple wiper order became.
Ordered online wipers to be installed by the Hartford Milton Keynes.
Arrived to be told that they were out of stock the ordered wipers but that they would replace them with better ones without charge. Great!
Technician comes to install the wipers only to realise they were the wrong ones. Replaces them with correct ones but was told I had to lay £2 extra. Fine even though I was told it would be free i didn?t want to argue for £2.
Tries to install them to tell me they?re still the wrong ones!
Goes back and brings an alternative wiper which is this time correct but I?m told I have to go back to the till.
I go back and I?m told I have to pay an extra £5. To which I refuse and I?m told that this all happened because I had chosen the wrong wipers on their website. I had to show them in real time that their website provided me that option. The cashier eventually realised that it was tbeir mistake. Let?s put it to the side that I had wasted 45 minutes for no reason arguing with them.
