Went to H Samuel to look at wedding rings. Had been to other jewellery shops but didn't find want we needed. H Samuel had a wide range of wedding ring and we found exactly what we needed. Josie attended to us. She was kind, polite, attentive, patient and had a bubbly personality. We left feeling satisfied and happy that we had made the right decision. Thank you Josie for making the experience enjoyable for a couple who was anxious about ring shopping.

Just returned from Milton Keynes store. What a great shop. I was initially served by one young lady who was very helpful.
I was purchasing a pair of earrings for our granddaughter.
They did check to see if they had them in as they were in the sale.
Initially the lady said they did not have stock and passed me over to another young girl. Olivia she was also very pleasant ??
I was going to order them into store. Then the other lady came back and had managed to find them in today's stock.
This was extremely helpful. Olivia's customer service alongside the other lady was a very pleasant. Even the manager of the store was aslo very customer focused.
From leaving the store I thanked them all for their Excellent customer service.
We are to quick to complain so I think it's nice to praise people for their commitment during these difficult times in retail.

We?ve just bought our wedding rings with the help of Josie in your Milton Keynes store. She was amazing, very friendly, lovely smile, approachable, so helpful and knowledgeable on what we needed. Time was no issue, she was patient and very attentive.
