I visited this branch for the first time on Monday evening and had such great service from Marie. She explained about the app, told me which items were still warm from the oven, she was genuinely passionate about the Greggs products - and she knew everything about each item! The place was immaculate (she was cleaning and sweeping while I was there) and she made it so welcoming I decided to eat in! Which then enticed me to buy 2 extra items as I had more time to enjoy them rather than rushing eating on my walk home. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to make the whole experience so nice. Really enjoyable after a long days work and commute home. Thanks so much Marie!

Worst Greggs ever. 3rd time I have ordered online and they have missed something. It?s messy indoor when I have visited. There?s some staff member that are moody and unhelpful (thought plenty of the staff are friendly and just doing their job) but it?s the small few that ruin it for them all. I was alright with 1 mistake, even 2, but 3? And just eat won?t refund me either. You have lost a customer today. Such a shame since I love Greggs. I cannot go back after this
Edit: I phoned the shop and spoke to the manager who was quite apologetic and she reassured me she spoke to the staff member who made the mistake. And told me to take the sausage rolls off the order and she wouldn?t dispute a refund for them. I appreciated that as I know what it?s like being a fast food manager. So I have decided to change my 1 star to a 3. Good on that manager

I?ve been recently moved to bletchley and found that greggs is only the place which treats its customers with extreme service and in the act of kindness. To be honest , it?s the best one among the other ones. They treat each and everyone fairly and respectfully regardless their background .I pretty know every staff?s names specially ?Christopher? , ?Isabella?, ?kozi? and ?Katie? they are literally like my friends. Service really matters more the food .

I work with adults with autism and and associated learning difficulties after a visit with a client my colleague lost the the receipt which is a necessity so to prove no financial abuse after calling the store and talking to Tom the supervisor I visited the store to pick up a duplicate receipt Tom was extremely unhelpful and basically refused to provide the receipt because he had turned the till off that had the receipt just my opinion but what a tool on a power trip will not be visiting again
