This store very often does not open on time which is very frustrating for commuters who can?t wait around until the staff are ready. Will use Pret or Costa who are always open at 6am on the dot.

The staff have always been polite and friendly. Their coffee is a godsend at 6.15 before the morning commute.

Guy working today 08/08/24 during lunch time was extremely rude today, clearly has no customer service skills whatsoever and has the most patronizing tone when taking your order. Started giving me a lecture in a shop full of customers. Extremely unprofessional and put off having lunch here now. The ladies are usually lovely here but whatever guy was working there today needs to be sent back to customer service training. Doesn?t take a lot of effort to be a nice person.

The shop doesn't always stick to it's opening times. At least once a week it is closed when I arrive at just after 6pm.
