Went to return a pair of running shoes that I bought for my partners birthday because they were too small. She had wore them once which I was honest about to the lady behind the till.
2 minutes later what I can assume was the store manager very rudely walked up to us, essentially threw the shoebox on the stool in front of us and said ?these are worn I can?t do anything with them? in an extremely rude and aggressive tone and walked off.
The worst customer service I have ever received.

Such a friendly and engaging team working here. Between them, they helped me to choose a pair of trainers as a gift for someone. All went above and beyond the call of duty! Much appreciated

Footlocker Milton Keynes. I had the best experience. Having 2 boys I spend a lot of time in sports shops spending a lot of money. Usually the service is by someone who would clearly rather not be working there.
Both me and my boys were blown away by the kind young man that helped us. He spoke to them about their football and was so helpful!
Not one to usually write reviews but it?s not often you get great customer service. Everyone seemed very happy to be there. Seemed like a great working culture. I will definitely be using footlocker rather than the others where I can in future.

Went in briefly but music too loud, nearly impossible to find what I was after and no shop assistants in evidence to help. Walked out again with nothing.

Went in the store today to be greeted by two extremely helpful employees, I didn?t catch there names but was really freindly, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble they were more than happy to help me and was checking numerous items for me. A real asset to the store. Thankyou
