absolute crock of $#!t
14/02/25. order placed 17.40 for delivery between 20.15 and 20.45
we received the order at 22.05
two phone calls to the restaurant and deliveroo and they tripped each other up and lied through their teeth
the order was incomplete when it eventually arrived ffs
a complete bunch of amateurs, will never use either again
but one thing you can be sure of, I will scream about this experience from the rooftops for a very long time to come

Hard cold chips, patties overcooked and missing onions. Milkshake was ok. Rubbish strewn around, a bit grim inside. Staff looked suicidal. I think the one in the shopping centre is better

Five guys restaurant had curtainly made my day eating out with my family. Always my best destination for a great tasting beef burger, I will always recommend to any hungry tummy ?

Can?t complain, love a five guys even if it?s hideously expensive ?? took my mrs and the kids in and customer service was top notch. They even let us try a little bit of their new milkshake flavour for free. Lad on the till was great and they don?t mess around when it comes to speed. They was literally making the food as it was being put into the register ??

Just got a burger and shake and witnessed one of the male staffs squash a fly with his hands and it drop on burgers that were half prepped. He quickly picked it up and binned it and did change his gloves thankfully but they all laughed and it just made me feel sick to be honest. It definitely fell on burgers being prepped.
I made a comment to say I saw what happened and they all just laughed.
Definitely put me off which is a shame as I love a good five guys but no more visits for me now I think ?

Simply excellent - as always at this branch. I accidentally ordered from another one, but couldn't even find it, so I went here and they sorted it all out for me.
